Our experience was low key discrimination from the first waitress. After my valid id was checked, she came back to verify with another id. It felt targeted. I still received good service, food was good, got my drinks, the experience felt a bit off with the low key harassment.
Outstanding selection of items and superb service.
First time I ate there. We had a party of 9. The basic price is $30 per person. Service was great, you cook your own food. There was a 18% tip added by the restaurant.
Save yourself time and eat next door at Zaxby’s. Poor quality of food explains why the owners can’t afford to remodel the exterior of the building.
Perfect, except the Buffet Side wasn't quite Warm Enough.
The Crab Ragoon's were Fantastic
The food and the service here is AMAZING!! Definitely worth the price for a lunch or dinner. It's a fun family or dating restaurant. I'll surely be coming again. Bring your friends.
Definitely one of the healthiest means to eat I've had! Love the taste too!
I want to preface this review with the fact that I have not been back since a few weeks after grand opening. While I’m sure they have made some necessary adjustments I do not feel their standards have remained the same. Walking in the floors are greasy/sticky/slippery. There was a puddle of soup near our booth found in the photos. The quality of ingredients was the same where as the care was not. Scallops were small and cut unevenly, the marinade on the bulgogi and short ribs was off putting in comparison to other BBQ I’ve had at their grand opening and similar restaurants. I can’t put my finger on the seasoning but it’s nothing I’ve had before and was the same on all marinated meats. They also switched to the veggies being at the bar instead of bringing to the table. Probably just preference but a subtle change. I can’t say it was crazy busy for a Friday and service was good. Our waitress was attentive and sweet. Food came out quickly, by the time we came back from the sauce bar it was on the table. It was nice to give them a try again but idk I’m kinda sad I paid.
I came in with my best friend for dinner and we sat with Courtney. She was very sweet and patient, definitely will be back just to sit with her.
Great food! Great price! The value is wonderful! Would be a great place to take friends (seats 4 per table for the hotpot use, could easily seat +2 if you have kids).

The manager Mrs.Shawna is AMAZING. Always welcoming and she's such a sweet heart. My family and I come to eat here a lot. One of our favorite places to go eat. The staff is very nice as well. We always feel like family when we come in. ?? very clean environment, great music and staff and the menu is awesome.

We had a wonderful meal here with excellent value for money! The portions were generous, and the quality of the food was impressive for the price. My wife and I were both delighted with every dish we tried. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Our visit was less then pleasant. To start the weiter addressed my husband as "bro", given he is an older korean and his culture he took it as it being a bit rude. The meat they brought out looked frost bitten, the veggies I think were the only thing that looked fresh. The cold food/ Fried food by the front door did not look or taste fresh at all! The kimchi was bad the sushi look like it had been sitting there all day. All the fried food was cold, stale and also looked like it had been sitting there all day. I asked for a bowl of whitr rice, the rice they brought out had a hard cover of rice like it had been sitting out for a while and they just put it in a microwave it was not even that warm. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place to anyone nor do I plan on going back. Was really hoping to like it and have a better experience since it is the only hotpot in Clarksville, unfortunately that is not the case.

Started out as an exciting Friday night out to eat without the kids so was able to finally try Takumi. We arrived at 8pm (they close at 10). Ordered 2 drinks and our food. All seemed great. The hotpot was tasty and all ingredients seemed fresh. I recommend skipping the frozen protiens for hot pot and use the BBQ grill protiens for hotpot. Unfortunately this is where it all goes bad and why we will advise everyone to avoid Takumi. 8:30 comes around and drinks were done. Waitress (MaryJane was name on receipt) was nowhere to be found. I found her and the woman and front desk chattin' and asked if we could get 1 more drink for my wife (I'm not a big drinker) They looked at each other and she LITERALLY rolled her eyes with the woman at front desk and had a started laughing seemingly at my expense. I didn't understand so I stood their confused and asked what was funny and their matter of fact response was "We already did last call" like I had offended them with a rediculous request. We weren't made aware of any last call, it seemed odd, and flat out rude to laugh at a customer who had to track the waitress down just to ask for a drink with 1.5 hours left open. I didn't argue I was so stunned at their behavior. She ended up making her drink but dropped it and ran. 15 minutes later and still no check in to order more food. Tracked her down again (she was busy eating which apparently they didnt want us to continue doing). I was so irritated as the food was great but they clearly wanted the restaurant to empty out so after flagging her down we were so frustrated we paid the $100 bill and left hungry. Unreal. Never had a such a bad dining out experience in my life and at what this place charges it's a shame to have such horrible service. We did not report to management as we felt it was the manager (middle aged white lady) at the front desk who was laughing at me with server for ordering a drink at 8:30 and allowed staff to eat on instead serving their tables. Did I mention the service was horrible? After checking reviews prior to writing this it seems to be a common theme. Don't expect them to be here a year from now unless they change out their staff.

This place has gone down hill, we used to love it but the quality and service has significantly declined. The portions have gotten so much smaller, we ordered the short rip for bbq and they brought out one single piece for the table. The buffet "hot" food was room temp for who knows how long so it makes you wonder if it's even safe to eat. And the staff was no where to be found, the hostess was always on her phone and looked bothered to do her job, we had to track down our waiter twice and everyone else kept avoiding eye contact with us. There were fruit flies everywhere, we spent the entire time trying to keep them off our food. No wonder there was hardly anyone there on a Saturday night.
