Taste City Buffet

So this was my first time experiencing this Chinese food buffet in Tennessee and the food was delicious, there was so much to choose from mushrooms and pork chops and shrimp and fish and again with the fried plantains and rice and veggies and fruit and it was all really good had a great time definitely a place to check out should you be in the Clarksville area!

Huge selection, good food, only downside was the crab was overcooked and crayfish were kind of small.

For the price it is not worth it especially with the quality of food and small selection

Lunch is $12.50 and dinner is $16. This a run of the mill strip mall buffet with edible but not particularly tasty offerings. If you get it just cooked then it is OK but not Las Vegas by any means but then you're not breaking the bank here. There is a hibachi fresh cooked grill and sushi bar so it a slight cut above. The restrooms are quite nice and clean. The tables are a bit oily but overall it's worth it if you just gotta have buffet.

The buffet was cold and they were putting the fresh food on top of the old food the waitress was slow about filling up our drinks

I don't know wht some of these reviews are talking about. They have great food, and a variety. I have my favorites, of course. I go here at least once every month, and nothing is ever cold except maybe desserts. They have hibachi you can order included in buffet. You may have to wait a little bit for them to restock food, but it's a buffet. To be expected. I've went to a few Asian buffets around here in Clarksville, and this is by far my favorite!

Place was really clean the food was sitting a long time but they do have a hibachi option on top of the buffet at no extra cost that me or my wife was aware of they had plenty of options our drinks never went below half way and if we left a plate at the table by the time we returned both drinks were filled and plates gone ! Staff was extremely polite

Parking: It’s shared parking between the grocery store and strip mall so you don’t gotta worry about parking that’s for sure

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space for kiddos even have a decent size fish tank and the staff are nice to kids

I was a patron 30 years ago and I am so excited to write a review. My family and I drove from our home in Arkansas 350+ miles to visit family and wanted to try Tasty with or without the new owners. We were greatly impressed by EVERYTHING on the menu. The smell and taste of the foods were extraordinary ?. We will be back every year when we come to visit. Too bad we didn't live closer!!!

Taste City's buffet is not as large as some, but the items they have are quality.
