Texas Roadhouse

I ordered a cheeseburger plain, it came out with all toppings, i cut the burger to make sure they wouldn't bring me the same one, they took it back but then brought out the same burger, bun and all. If all i wanted was the setup picked off i could of did that. Very unprofessional situation. If i would of had a food allergy to any of the toppings it could of been way worse.

We went into the store to join the wait list in person and chose to do the telephone method of notification since it was packed and we didn’t want to wait inside. We were told the wait time was 20-25 minutes. This was at 2:39pm. We waited patiently past the 25 minute mark because we understood that it may take a while. Nope! At 3:50 we decided to go in and ask what was taking so long. We gave them our confirmation number and they said we weren’t on the system and that if we wanted to we can rejoin again and wait another 20-25 i declined because who is going to guarantee me that they won’t lose me in the system or give my table away to someone else like the first time around. Very disappointed in this place, i wanted fo use a gift card that i got as a gift but it’s not worth it

The gentleman at the To-Go pickup window was made for that position. He was successful with checking each item and calling it back to me as ordered, friendly greet, warm welcome, and service was fast and professional. I wish I caught his name because he deserves a shout-out.... & A raise! 🤣

It took over an hour after we ordered to get our food. The waitress told us only one person was in the kitchen. When we got our food it was just barely warm.

Great food

Every single time the website shows 0-10 mins they call eveyone in the building to come n sit down. The wait ends up being 20 mins or longer! People have children who are hungry so what's the point of saying come in for a table when there's no tables available? They pact the place trying to get in the damn money without considering others time or anything, and then by the time u sit down there's no rolls, ur food is behind like crazy or not even cooked right. They need to get their crap together. This location used to be great but its turning into shit.
THIS IS HOW YOU LOSE LOYAL CUSTOMERS

The service was amazing, however I asked for a medium sirloin steak and got something between medium rare and rare.

The bead is bliss, the butter is gods lactose filled liquor, the lady in the window who gave me my pick up order showed me that everything was there in a kind, quick fashion.
Whatever chefs or cooks made the food deserve things I cant say on a Google review.
6 stars, will keep going there for food.

Texas Roadhouse never disappoints! The steaks are cooked perfectly and full of flavor, the fresh warm bread is irresistible, and every dish we tried was delicious. Great drinks, great service, and an overall fun atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Honestly, I don’t leave reviews and I am a Texas Roadhouse lover. They’re always packed, easy to know why and typically I’m I just chuck it up as well it is what it is even though it can be annoying. I only come back because well it’s the only one here. But tonight was the worst of the worst. I checked in to join the waitlist online due to having a party of 6. I checked in at 5:25, get a message to gather my party and head in at 5:47. Thinking wow, that’s pretty fast. Get to the host stand they say give us about 5 minutes and we will be ready for you. Well 20 minutes go bye, thinking alright the 20 minute wait could start from the time coming in. So go to check back in to see about how much longer, host says “sorry people are not leaving like we expected but not much longer.” Next table called… party of 5. Then 3. Then 2. Then 2. Then 5. Then other small parties. It is now 6:38 and we ask again host says “you guys are next.” Then proceeds to call a party of 8 back. It’s about the wait but also not. It really is just about the principle of being honest on wait times. We could have left and found somewhere else with the time that they have proceeded to have us sitting and waiting.

It was not the cleanest Texas Roadhouse. Bathrooms were pretty bad. Our server was very efficient the food was good but the floors were so littered with trash it was a huge red flag for me
