Went to the Texas Roadhouse in Clarksville TN yesterday. They were out of rolls. The waitress said that they weren’t making any more tonight and it was only 8:30 pm. Do better Texas Roadhouse do better.
Arrived just after 3pm, got seated quickly. Told by server there were no rolls- maybe 15 minutes? Wife ordered chicken critters, Mac n cheese, broccoli. I ordered same except mashed potatoes/gravy on side. Food arrived 15m later, immediately noticed the potatoes and the side gravy had that film on top from sitting too long, both cold. Oh the Mac n cheese, AYKM, was some noodles with cheese sauce partially mixed up and thrown in a bowl. Looked like 5 year olds style! Broccoli was maybe 1/2 cooked? Still hard- not edible, had to get replacements for each. New broccoli came, apparently no one got the memo that it was not cooked, they simply stuck it in the microwave for a minute where it would burn your lips off- but still hard as a rock! The chicken critters were edible but looked single dipped, not crispy just lame. And no, still no cooked rolls! We were ready to leave at 3:55, got the Check said to send the manager over, told him about the total disappointment this dinner had been, he asked to see the check, took it came back in a few minutes and proudly announced he had taken $5 off. Also wanted to know if we wanted to take some fresh rolls home! NO THANKS Just know we have been to multiple locations and had this same lunch many times with far superior food and minimal mistakes, this location in Clarksville is forever off my list.
It's Texas Roadhouse!
Always really busy, but the wait hasn't ever been very long for us.

Shon was the highlight of the night .. She was funny and helpful and fast no sooner than I turned my back she had our mixed drinks , my water and the Dr. Pepper refilled. The food was very hot when it came out and the service is always good. . We enjoyed mixed drinks from the bar; the bartending team delivered creative, well-balanced slushies better tha any 711 in the country. Despite being busy, the place stayed clean and vibrant., a little dim /dark for my taste as the menus were hard to read without a cell phone light. Tables were cleared promptly, restrooms were on point and the whole energy was upbeat without being chaotic. It felt like a well-run, welcoming spot where the manager and staff clearly cared about your experience. Between the quick seating, top-notch service, delicious appetizers and ribeye, excellent drinks, and that irresistible appetizers, this restaurant hit all the right notes. Definitely will return—a solid choice for anyone looking for hearty, friendly, and satisfying dining experience.
The food was ok. My steak wasnt over cooked but it was dry and so was my baked potato. Everything else was good. The waitress was awesome.

Always an awesome experience! We have come here quite a bit and it’s always super solid service; the food is just as on point and they do a great job at getting people seated even when it’s packed and busy.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they offer coloring and activities for children. Even sometimes has the Amarillo mascot walking around.

This place can’t answer the phone worth a damn. Weren’t kind and friendly what so ever?
My wife and I arrived early at 4pm on a Thursday evening March 6th. We did this to beat the crowds for dinner. We were seated immediately with hot delicious rolls, and our waitress was Anyah. She was a very polite young lady and a good waitress. She did an excellent job waiting our table during our wonderful meal. She kept our drinks refilled and catered to our every needs, or request. The food was hot, served promptly, and was quite excellent. So far the best we have had in any Texas Roadhouse Restaurant we have visited. We have ate at many other Texas Roadhouse Restaurants in Clarksville,Indiana, Louisville $ Bowling Green, Ky, and here in Clarksville, Tennessee. Our steaks were grilled to perfection. The outside was charred with a beautiful deep rich brown coloring that looked absolutely delicious. We had both ordered medium rare for our steaks. There was no disappointment there. The steaks were perfect, each were very tender, and had a wonderful pinkish to red center as expected. We were quite pleased. We enjoyed as much as we could and took the rest home for another enjoyable meal. Great job Texas Roadhouse 👍😊

We stopped at Texas Roadhouse on Wilma Rudolph Blvd in Clarksville, TN at approximately 4pm on the evening of March 6, 2025. Our young waitress was Anyah. She did a great job waiting on our table. The food served was excellent. Our steaks were cooked to perfection both medium rare. Each steak was grilled with a nicely deep brown charred outside with a warm pink to red center. They were very tender and delicious. We truly enjoyed our fabulous steak dinner
