Amsterdam Local Cafe is hands down the best cafe in Clarksville. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels cozy, welcoming, and full of character. The staff are always friendly and genuinely make you feel at home. As somebody who doesn’t know what I’m looking at when reading a coffee menu, I can guarantee whatever coffee is suggested by workers to drink will be delicious every single time. The food is also top notch, from complimenting ingredients, to the foods representation, you can tell the people here truly care about their service.

This business as well as the owner is filled with so much kindness and grace, and I felt I became a better employee and person here because of all of the amazing people. The owner radiates only love and kindness, and is always looking to serve people, and I can say the same about my past co workers. I always recommend this cafe to my friends when they visit Tennessee if they want to feel a warm welcome, and I appreciate how their personal values contribute to being a light to everyone that walks in. The Amsterdam Local is hands down my favorite coffee shop in Clarksville. They have everything: really(truly) good coffee, delicious food(their menu is mouthwatering), wonderful employees(they’re always so kind and welcoming), and the atmosphere is wonderful! I love how the seating areas are set up: it feels like each individual set of table and chairs or couch and recliners is private and cozy.
The most delicious and beautiful food we have had in Clarksville!!!! I couldn't add another review so I edited this one, went back today 6/6 another delightful morning with coffee and butter and avocado toast! YUMMO!! 5 Stars. Just wish the owners of the café and the Apartment could figure out parking. Maybe allow at least 10 Parking places to the eatery? The times I've ate here there is plenty of parking for eating and apartment dwellers. Be kind!
