Stopped today 04/06/2024. Had a Less than fresh smell in the store…. bought a whole chicken (decently priced) a Boston butt ( decently priced ) also a 2.5 inch think ribeye. After cooking dinner for my family smoking the butt and chicken. I saved The steak for another night. The one thing I can say is I would Not feed the pork to anyone I smelled it and was very upset after cooking it, it smelled off (manure smell) . I made Sure to cook it past temp up to 185 even hoping it would go away. Still had smell and an off taste. I like Going to family owned places. But I don't See myself heading back. I lived Here 3 years ago and raved about this butcher shop. I’m not sure what happened but please fix it or I don't See you guys surviving. Because the pricing on other cuts of meat (tri tip and ribs) are insane ESPECIALLY IF ITS OF THE SAME QUALITY. Please fix it guys. I want You to win but I don't Want others to get sick or upset for wasting their money.

They have good smoked ribeye sandwiches on Tuesdays but I sure wish they used a better roll instead of a floppy hotdog bun.

Stopped by to see about getting some steaks. All the meat in the cabinet was grey. Looked in the desert fridge and they were selling desserts made 9 days ago. These two things alone make me question the quality and safety of the food served. Needless to say I left without bothering to risk it.

This is the best breakfast place in Clarksville and the deli is excellent. The honey glazed ham was perfect for our holiday gathering and the staff is amazing.

The food wasn't seasoned. Everything tasted bland, and nothing was hot. Maybe warm at best. Even a lady at another table asked if they would remake her biscuits and gravy because the gravy was cold. They scoffed at her and took it, the waitress yells at the cook "I know how to fix it." And tosses it in a microwave. As far as atmosphere, it's not very welcoming. They ask you to get your own drink, they don't check on refills. Won't be coming back here again. honestly, I don't even do reviews, I usually let it go. This was disappointing..

Food is good ?Service and response is an absolute failure. I was planning a family event and contacted store manager. I was instructed to email to secure my order, after 6 emails, 7 voicemails, 4 store calls and 4 in-store visits I have still not received a call back or email response.
