I've heard mixed reviews of this place from coworkers and friends. My experience was fantastic. The cheeseburger rolls were beyond amazing. I got the pork chop and let me tell you, I was so skeptical of it when it was placed in front of me. When I tasted the potatoes I had no doubt this was gonna be good. No disappointment there cause it was beyond amazing to my palate. It is a place I will be revisiting soon.
Our waiter was Cameron! He was great & made us feel relaxed & happy to be out in crazy weather! We had an issue with the Taco meat & there was no issue- my husband ordered a Big Burger after returning the tacos, the bill was adjusted & it worked out just fine. This restaurant is still tops in our book!
I love going to brunch at The Mailroom. The service is great; the mimosas are on point; and the food is great.
A truly great meal in a very neat space. The drinks were a bit on the weaker side, but the food and service was spot on.
I have been to the Mailroom the last two weeks and I am not disappointed! The food was simply amazing and the service is second to none. I am so glad I started going here and I will be back soon.
We loved our experience at The Mailroom! Great service by our server Serenity and the perfect spot to grab a bite before any Clarksville commons event!
The Mailroom never disappoints. It is one of my favorite restaurants in downtown Clarksville.
My husband and I just tried The Mailroom for the first time tonight. We were there for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I absolutely did not want to go to one of the many chain restaurants in town so I chose to give it a try. The atmosphere was for sure the best part of the entire experience. I really enjoyed the decor. We were there with our 4 month old baby and the hostess tried to seat us in a booth where the car seat obviously wouldn’t fit. She then said she would put us at a table so we followed behind and waited on her to answer the phone and then she took us to the table. Once at the table she asked if we wanted a sling or if we just wanted to put the baby on the table, mind you this is a 4 chair table top so it’s not like the table is very large at all. Our waitress came over almost immediately and got our drinks but made sure to let us know they were out of burgers because their buns were frozen and were not thawing fast enough nor were they doing well being heated (probably not something you should share with the customer but instead should probably just say you were out) She did mention that they were trying to get some from their sister location close by so now I also know Strawberry Alley also partakes in the frozen buns as well 🤦♀️ Anyway, not the end of the world so we go on and order. I ordered the Korean Beef Bowl with an over hard fried egg. Our food comes out and it’s not at all warm. It dawned on me that the waitress told me my egg didn’t look done enough so she had them cook it longer which I appreciate but then from talking to the manager the waitress put my egg in as “cooked all the way” instead of over hard so the kitchen made my egg over medium and then had to cook it longer so our food just sat there getting cold while they fixed the egg. Everyone was very nice. They removed my meal from the ticket as I didn’t eat any of my food at all and offered to remake it but I just wanted to get the baby home. All in all it was an unfortunate series of events but just enough that I can safely say I won’t go back and I hate that.

The restaurant has the potential to be great. The staff could take more time taking care of issues instead of standing around.
We went to The Mailroom for brunch and it was a great spot for food, drinks, and catching a game 📺🍳🍹. The craft cocktails were awesome—I had the Rum Runner, the perfect tropical drink 🌴🥥. Everything on the menu looked so good it was hard to choose 😋, and we're already planning to come back to try the dinner menu next time 🍽️✨. The vibe really makes the place stand out—love that it's set in a converted federal/post office building 🏛️📬. Definitely a spot worth recommending and revisiting 👍
We went for my birthday dinner. The Mailroom in Clarksville is an incredible, family-friendly restaurant with amazing food. They made the best steak I’ve ever had, and the in-house sauces were delicious. The Christmas/holiday décor made it feel extra special. It was truly the best birthday gift ever. On top of all that, our server Serenity was phenomenal. She was attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her service alone would bring us back. Highly recommend The Mailroom for a special occasion or just an amazing meal. We’ll definitely be returning!
Keeps patrons safe! Great environment for any time of day!
Over salted, overcooked and pretty boring (3 appetizers and 4 main dishes). It's quite unbelievable this place is still kicking around. The place felt overstaffed yet we waited 30 min after ordering for the appetizers. We noticed a lot of staff just goofing around, on their phones etc. Noisy. Had to park 5 blocks away. Wow.
