I’ve had a few cakes made by The Mixing Bowl and we have always been exceptionally pleased with the cakes. She is the best in the industry and has always exceeded expectations. The attention to detail combined with delicious cake is hands down unbeatable!

I booked my cake order with another baker and it needed to be moved due to sad circumstances. Wow, did we get lucky! What an amazing cake. I had strangers stopping me to compliment me on the cake! I will definitely return to The Mixing Bowl annually for my little girls party cakes!

Cheesecake was dry, stiff, and tasted slightly soured. Don't waste your money! One of the worst cheesecakes we have ever tasted. $6.00 plus tax down the toilet for one small individual piece. HORRIBLE!!!!

I have always been a huge fan of The Mixing Bowl Cake Company, but after devouring cupcakes that I got from you earlier this week, I have to say that my love for your cakes has moved on to a whole other level!!! You honestly just make THE best cake everrrrr! The texture, the freshness, the flavour....and then there is the icing...o.m.w! Honestly, I am in awe and am already craving more! Just awesome! Selection is limited, but what we bought had a nice flavor. But is definitely over priced. Small shop and not all that clean. Won't go back.

It is ok cheesecakes they are $5 each and about 4 bites. They have a nice selection and nice for special events. I wish they were a little more generous with added toppings. Think my cheesecake had three cherries in the pie filling topping, maybe a tablespoon of topping.

I wanted to suprise my dad on his 57th birthday. Unfortunately I live in Blouberg and he lives in Somerset West. Luckily The Mixing Bowl Cake Company made it all possiable to still suprise my dad on his special day. Thanks for your great service
