this place always has a league going on if not that they have booked the whole place out to some type of event. the only time the public can bowl starts around 9:30pm. total joke of a business! negative 10 stars

This place is filthy. Even in the middle of the day, it takes a very long time to get anyone working there to help. We stood at the counter for about ten minutes waiting for the guy to come over and ask what we needed.

We had a blast , Can't wait to come back !

We had fun. Excellent family event.

We had a good time but we really aren't serious bowlers, that being said, there was no music playing and the atmosphere was really dull, maybe they have a better time on the weekends but this wasn't a place with fun and joy in the atmosphere.

I was excited to take my family out to bowl for a birthday in the family. I treated everyone to Starbucks and went to the bowling alley. We noted that there were no signs saying no outside food or drinks. Only no out side alcohol, which shows a lot about a family bowling alley lol. Anyways when we were purchasing our shoes and lanes we were greeted with pure disrespect about our drinks. They also denied speaking to us for 5-7 mins while the workers were chit chatting and laughing. Will never take my family again nor recommend to anyone

Good family atmosphere.
Clean and well kept.

Very family oriented. We went on a Sunday after church. There wasn’t a crowd and it was lovely. The food was very very delicious and inexpensive. The service from all of the staff was immaculate. I’m giving 4 stars only because the lanes froze on us from the time to time and the restroom was a little disarrayed. However, it was a very good experience overall.

Would not recommend for afternoon bowling. Couldn't get any draft beer because the bar wasn't open and wouldn't allow us to get a bucket because they only allow 2 beers per ID.

Trash this time worst experience we ever had and the staff was useless . Lane kept messing up only thing they did was tell us to reset it. Bumpers are broken. Blood was on the floor in our lane . Only good experience was the nice gentleman who cleaned it up. Waste of 36 dollars. Instead of upgrading everything else yall should of upgraded the lanes and fix them

Poor experience. Won’t put bumpers up and down for older and younger kids. Food was less quality of a dollar general. The pins never set up right, causing incorrect scores. The entire lane broke and just to get maintenance to come took over 5 minutes and they didn’t refund us of that time on the lane. The best services I got was the automatic doors opening when I was leaving

Bad customer service!

I went in for a great time with friends, we started off playing games in the arcade area, which seemed fun at first. The system was down, so we had to wait for the lady to set up a card for us. Later on, we hit the 1000 ticket big bass bonus on the spinning wheel mashine. The display showed insert coins 1/4. We didn't have any, so we figured to try spinning the wheel again and see if it says something different. I didn't, so we went to back the counter to ask for advice or assistance. We explained what happend obviously the lady didn't believe us. We ended up explaining multiple times, but she wouldn't even list any more and basically called us liars!!!

Instead of having a great afternoon there, as planned, we decided to leave and spend the afternoon elsewhere.

Family loves coming here!
