It's a fine substitute if you no longer can get that old school cooking that grandma used to make! The selections of meats and sides are ample. And everything is reasonably priced. A little more to be desired on the seasoning of the cabbage. But that's my only drawback. Whenever I'm in the Clarksville area and have a taste for some good comfort food; Woodshed will be my go to. Oh, and for those that indulge; chitterlings are on the daily menu. Sorry I didn't add a photo; but food like that don't sit uneaten for long!?Vegetarian options: You order sides without meat.Kid-friendliness: Family environment. Seating is limited. But it's a reputable establishment; ran by friendly people.

Great little place in my neighborhood.Don't walk in expecting fancy or any fine dining. That's how we do in the south . The food is good the staff is funny and friendly . This is a cash establishment. Everyone is friendly and happy to serve you well. I will go again.
