Well it's Easter Sunday everything is closed it like 10 minutes to 7 pm I sit at the bar there's 5 other people at the bar first bartender never asked for ID got my beer, I asked for a menu, small crowd so I expected her to come back over , again 5 people in the whole bar and me! It took about 15 minutes to take my order, 10 wings and an order of fries and chicken strips Togo ! Wings came out before the fries bartender never tried to talk with me! It's my first time there and you'd think they would try to make you feel welcomed, a couple sat next to me and were welcomed ,check their ID and start a conversation about where they were from as the bartender checked their ID,and talk for a few minutes before taking their order ! And come to find out they only take cash only! Which I didn't find out till I tried paying with my card luckily I had a card I could pull money out of! As soon as I pulled the money from the ATM they were quick to collect my tab! I really didn't feel welcomed!!!!!

We visited Tippers on Sunday, and it still had a good crowd. The atmosphere was comfortable, and they played good music. Server/bartenders was very attentive despite having a bar full of folks, she arrived at our table before the end of each drink to see if we would like another. ?We will return on our next trip to Clarksville!

Originally had a good opinion of this place but it has gone downhill horribly from not even a year ago. Overpriced, watery drinks were the first indicator of the downhill spiral. The service was horrible even with 3/4 bartenders which was evident by the 10 min+ wait time for drinks. On top of that, its really not fun hearing a bartender scream out "b!tch" repeatedly to customers regardless of relationship. There are much better choices and places to go but if you want overpriced drinks, an extremely crowded area with limited seating, and super slow service then tippers is the place for you!

So we're not from around here and a friend of ours took us to this bar and this was the first bar that we went to here which was fine at first but I seen three fights there two people getting kicked out and I smelled like an ashtray by the time I got home, which was disgusting. I'll probably never go back here again.

Food is ok but for a bar the energy is great! Definitely on weekends. Owner and staff are very inviting and good service over all. Can't give 5 stars only because at least when I went it was a cash only bar. Super inconvenient and if you're someone that does not want to carry a bunch of cash, when you have keep paying the atm fee it feels like a cash grab.

One of the best cheesesteaks in town, the shrimp jammers are life changing. Always great karaoke great music great service from the entire staff. One of the best places to go to unwind watch the games and fight and get good food, play pool and sing.
