Employees are nice and the food and smoothies are delicious!
Very expensive but good smoothies and healthy food. Clean spot and really friendly staff.
I dont know food wise because wasnt given the chance nor enticed to try anything. Was coming in for a free smoothie day, after working, was even wanting to get some dinner too. But all because I didn't wear the right kind of shoes was told rather rudely couldn't participate even though the advertisement never mentions any of this and didn't see that until the small line is on the sign when you get to the store. Was very turned off by this experience and poor customer service.
I have an allergy to mozzarella cheese and every time I order the feta pesto wrap I ask for no mozzarella cheese and they still put it in there. I just don’t understand why they can’t read the order correctly. This has happened at least 4 times and I keep giving them chances. I’m done
My kids and I love coming here for a healthy meal! The acai bowl is so good. Also, the manager, Tanya, is super kind and generous! Highly recommend!
Made with love!
Gladly took our money but told us the food wouldn't be ready until 3 hours later. Staff was rude and unhelpful.

Smoothies are great, but the service not so much. I ordered a beach bum with white chocolate and they made it with dark chocolate. Instead of apologizing to me for having to wait so long the cashier at the window apologized to the guy who messed up my order.

Yall just need to close. Horrid customer service to say the least. If the owner reads this, “veteran owner”, just coming from another vet…. I hope your service to this country isn’t like the work ethic you’ve hired and left completely unattended at the store you’re reaping the benefits from by being a business franchisee. Do yourself a favor, sell it or just give it back. There’s 2 other tropical smoothies in town that are just as bad and yours make them look like a fine dining establishment with actual rated stars for their kitchen.
Do better.

I ordered through DD and although it took awhile to get it my food was just how I remembered I got two chipotle clubs no chicken. And sometimes my clubs are skimpy but they packed it with ample lettuce and tomato and bacon and sauce! It was delicious! ? definitely ordering again. Next time with a smoothie ! I think my dasher took a sip of my soda so I tossed it ?

Ordered online using the Tropical smoothie app. Pick up time was 4:29pm….. I was the only person in the drive thru during my 30 minute wait. After employees coming to the window 3 or 4 times apologizing for my wait. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t refund my order. I asked for a gift card in place of a refund and was again told that wasn’t possible. I was told it would be 5 more minutes and was asked to pull up to a parking spot. After sitting at the window for 30 minutes, I received my order- it was incorrect (I asked for no cheese and it had cheese, I’m lactose intolerant) and my side was not given to me with my order. The food is great (from previous visits) but the customer service is more than lacking. There were at least 6 employees inside (from what I could see). There is no reason the store should not be able to refund or credit an order in a situation such as this.

Yet another's great smoothie experience. A good Avacaloda will soothe any taco Tuesday laden stomach, absolutely. The line was neat, clean, freshly stocked and the crew was great. Good energy makes or breaks a dining experience and the cashier was especially nice and even had a boatload of information about the app and rewards system to talk about. This is one establishment that I can hardly ever pass up and consistency in quality is exactly why.

I have been enjoying smoothies from various stores in Florida, Georgia and now Tennessee for over 3 years, I actually worked at a store in Georgia for about a year. I usually place my order through the app so that it’s ready when I arrive. That makes it, usually, in and out rather quickly. I have NEVER been asked to produce proof that I placed and paid for the drink. I just went into the store off of Wilma Rudolph and said that I had an online order for Christina. I even provided what I ordered, complete with the extra ingredients. The guy on smoothie station asked for my receipt/proof of my purchase. I had to return to my car and get my phone. I opened the app and handed him my phone as I wasn’t sure of what exactly he wanted to see. It even took him time to locate my order. Is this a new policy??? Is my name and EXACTLY what I ordered no longer information enough??? My experience tonight left me with, no pun intended, a bad taste in my mouth. Not sure who was in charge there as all I saw were regular staff members in tshirts, not a single polo wearing Shift Lead, AM or GM.

Tropic time means wait for a long time. The wait is crazy, even when it isn’t busy. They take their time to take your order, take payment and even longer to give you your order.

I had placed a mobile order to be ready at 3:15. I went to my appointment come to pick up my order. Go through the drive-thru to oick it up. Nobody said anything when I pulled up into the drive-thru spot until I had to say something and then when I pulled up to the window my order wasn't even ready and I had to go park and go inside and wait for my order 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I love
tropical smoothie but I will never return to this location again.
