Use to love this place when it first opened then service went down hill. Takes 40+ minutes just to get one smoothie in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of you then when you get it it’s doesn’t even taste good. It’s just terrible honestly and they don’t seem to care to change it.

Food is always good but this time the food was off, the order was wrong and the smoothies weren’t made right. You literally wait so long in the drive thru it’s honestly incredible. If I didn’t wait so long I would have probably told them the smoothie was wrong but I was already over it at that point.

Continuously disappointed. If we are on tropic time now, Tropic time must be extremely slow! We waiting in the drive thru line for over 45 minutes with ONE person in front of us! The person In front of us ended up pulling into the front and going in because after being handed half of their order, no one came back to the window for at least 10 minutes! We pulled up and watched people walk back and forth past the drive thru window and no one came to the window for 5 minutes! Then once we paid and got our smoothies we waited another 10 minutes for our food! I saw them wrapping it, then unwrapped and looked under the bread (which I thought was strange) & then wrapped it back. The food sat there bagged for another few minutes before someone gave it to me! Then when we got home I realized why they double looked in the sandwich, because it was supposed to be without ranch and it was covered in ranch.It’s sad because their smoothies are great and we love the food there. But the service is awful! I’ve given them grace, knowing places get busy & even tried to placed an order ahead of time for pick up and waited just as long!!! Sadly we won’t be going back. They either need more staff or better staff. I’ve never been to a drive through place that consistently takes nearly an hour to make food. It was a mess!

This was my first time here, and I had an excellent experience!! The establishment is clean and inviting, and the manager Tanya is so amazing and helpful! She made some suggestions and that's what I got. Baja chicken wrap with an apple & kale salad, Bahama Mama smoothie, and a Peanut butter cup smoothie. OMG, IT WAS SOOO GOOD that I just sat in my car and ate it lol. I will definitely be going back!!!

Paul is absolutely amazing! I love this cute little spot. Paul was so helpful, my smoothie was made incorrectly and Paul went above and beyond to get my order corrected! The team over all does a great job!!
