Our server Tristan was AMAZING!!! Very friendly and personable. His personality was so beautiful he makes me and my husband want to come visit again. Wish he could teach a class on "customer service". If it were left up to my husband and I (Bill and Felicia)he would definitely get a pay raise!!!? Great Job Tristan!!!!

My husband and I have played trivia for years at Strawberry Alley Upstairs! Usually our son joins us- it’s a great neighborhood place. We get to know the staff behind the bar - loved and miss Will, but Jonathan is great!! It’s nice to have a regular bartender for trivia night. I would love a little more food options. Ben is great with trivia and we love our Jonathan!!!

I get it, you want to take your family out for dinner. But why do you feel the need to take a stroller to a BAR!!! Down stairs, fine. Upstairs, for adults that actually have the money to spend. How many credit cards have you taken from a striker?!?! Thank you for confirming why I NEVER go out in Clarksville TN.

We brought out of state visitors to have lunch at 1pm on Sunday Feb 18th. Was told some food stuff ran out. After we got drinks...we were told they were out of boneless wings and ALL PIZZA. We left since we actually wanted food. The wait staff was very apologetic.

We've dined at Strawberry Alley almost every time we visit Clarksville and have always found the food and service to be outstanding. Our meals were great, but I was disappointed with the Mason jar desserts in that they no longer come garnished with sliced strawberries (for the cheesecake) and lime slice (for the key lime pie).

Got the breakfast bowl. They left it in the oven after they crumbled everything up so it was dried up and tough to scrape off of the plate.

Went there for the company Christmas party. We had a rather large group, our server was excellent, the food was good, and hot. This is the 2nd time we had our party there. So yes obviously we all liked it. You might like it too.

First time going to Upstwirs at Strawberry Alley and it was fairly good. Though I must admit I was there for a meeting and got food to go.....buuuutttt I have pics! Our waiter was extremely friendly and for a table of 6 each paying separate and ordering different stuff, he did a good job. Got the margarita pizza and spicy buffalo wings. Pizza was great but what they call spicy was buffalo was not spicy at all. Flavor on both was still good. Can't speak as to how the bathroom is cause I never used it but the rest of the room was clean, spaced well and lit good for the type of place it is. They need a few more beer selections though.Overal I'd go again and give more of a chance.
