Waffle House

I went two hours ago to order breakfast to eat on site and the tables, all dirty, nobody cleans them, I ordered an 11 breakfastI ordered a capuccino coffee and they gave me a black coffee with milk and they no longer serve well, they are like annoying apart from all the poorly made food, the bacon burned the raw potatoes how horrible!

Walked in there was no welcome or find a seat, nothing; no problem with that as during busy times youre worried about getting orders out. However, we stood there for 10+ minutes and not a single word was said to us. The “waitress” even spoke to the people sat next to us but we still hadn’t received a single word from her, not even a “i’ll be there in a few minutes to help” just one stare and continues to walk past as if we aren’t there. Craziest part was everyone was sat and 99% of people already received their food. Poorly ran store, probably missing out on money because of her, but based on the reviews this isn’t out of the ordinary.

Good breakfast food. Service was outstanding. We didn't have to wait long for our food. If you can go during the week seating is open but on weekends it's been a wait

The waitress could not answer any of my questions. I ended up ordering from the $7.50 menu. My bacon was burnt, coffee was barely warm and my eggs were overcooked. The $7.50 menu was supposed to include my coffee. Upon checkout I realized I was charged additional for the coffee. This was my first visit at this location. I will not be back.

I had a terrible experience at Waffle House. The service was slow, and the staff seemed disinterested. Some of my food didn't arrive, and the restaurant was unclean. There were dirty tables and things on the floor. Overall, it was disappointing and far from the friendly atmosphere I expected.
