Love this place but putting grilled chicken in same container with my bacon,eggs and hasbrown caused my toast to be soggy and I live about 5 minutes away.

I usually don't eat breakfast, but was wanting hash browns today. What a great experience. Christina greeted all guest when they walk in. Pleasant to all customers with great customer service skills. Hard to find that. I got my money's worth. Thank you for starting my day out good.

Men the cook turn my bacon to a charcoal and the toast bread turn brown, i wish I can load the pictures. Can't eat the bacon at all, what a waste!

The girl with red hair is rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude the whole time. Then they put cheese on my burger and I clearly told her no cheese. They are horrible.

Always very happy when I can eat at the waffle house. My service was awesome and the food is delicious. I have no complaints about this visit.

What I will say is that the carry out option is a terrible idea for weekends and holidays. People don't want to carry out their food from waffle house. They want to go in, with their friends, and enjoy breakfast food at 2 am on the weekends. Moving to carry out only will crush business. I could possibly understand it on like Mondays-Wednesdays from like 12am-4am. But to close the dining room on the weekends is just about the most ill conceived move I've heard from corporate Waffle House. I hope that this - and many more - customer complaints hit corporate's ears and they fix this ridiculous change in policy.

Went to have breakfast with my family, my food had mushrooms in it (which I didn’t order) then I found a hair in my food. They took the mushrooms out, remade my food, and took $5 off our ticket. I ended up getting my 2nd plate to go. When I got home I found yet another hair in my food. I’m think that the guys working should be wearing a hair net around their beards.

I'm definitely reporting the manager for her poor communication skills. I had to wait for my food for a additional 17 mins they made 2 bad looking waffles 🧇 and the manager refused to take the waffle of the order. It's like she didn't care emotionally unavailable. I will be contacting corporate and the area manager for sure.

The food has always been great, and service has always been top notch, but I'm using my review to indirectly and personally thank Ms. Elisa for her kind message to my husband and I.

We do indeed frequent this Waffle House whenever we can, and I don't know if that's why she recognized us, but she subtly wrote a heartfelt note to us on our order ticket wishing us the best. It's something I really needed to hear today since my husband will be deploying soon, and I've been struggling to come to terms with it...

If anyone else is lucky enough to be served by Elisa, just know you're in welcome hands.
