Wal Mart has failed immensely with this online purchase, we went to madison where a manager helped me track the package to store 673. Despite the order saying your orders at the madison store. Long story short, 2 wal marts, 4 seperate pick up section, finally directed to where our product is and its not fast, been in line in my car for 25 minutes. Employees had great attitudes though...

When I called and asked them if they would be open April 10th the lady was very rude to me. She had an attitude. Excuse me for calling worried about my WEDDING CAKE. Get new staff.

Really unpleasant. All of the carts were gone. The "greeter" looked at me and offered no hello. It was obvious that I needed a cart and when I commented, he ignored me. The cart area was filthy, lots of tissues, dirty floor. I used the restroom in the front and was shocked not at the lack of cleanliness but the level of disrepair. It is five years past needing renovation. Walls are discolored, latches do not work.....I located all of the items on my list except for my major purchase. Since price check has gone away, I've decided to make major purchases elsewhere out of protest. Maybe not as.convenient but I'm content to take that hit. I look forward to visiting Target, home depot, lowes.....Walmart is NOT what it used to be. Friendly, convenient, pleasant. NO. I find it interesting there is rarely a greeting but the "greeter" blocks my exit from the store to check my receipt to make sure I've paid for everything in my cart. I get it but maybe Walmart could take that profit and update the restrooms and train employees in the art of customer service that extends beyond scanning my purchases and making me feel like a criminal when I leave the store.

I go only because it is convenient when I am on that side of town. otherwise, use Madison Street location. Their produce is always bruised, rotting, or they are out. And I agree about the pedestrians moving like sloths, lol.

This just lowered the expectations of Walmarts everywhere. First of all, I am pretty sure that the pedestrians in the parking lot are just waiting to get hit. The shelves are never very stocked and there are just people wandering everywhere while being packed in the store like sardines. Other than this, people always talks for granted how great Walmart actually is. This amazing place eliminates the need to go all around town for different items. The prices are also very reasonable on these various goods. If you are looking for all the essentials for a good price, come here and be ready to throw your elbows.

First I'd like to start with the fact that I HATE coming to THIS location. Hate. I only stopped because I was at Michaels, literally next door. Second. I haven't been to Walmart in months, because I've been getting better deals at Kroger. When I do go to Walmart I go to sango location. It's so much nicer, organized, and nicer people. So I went to Wilma Rudolph location today to grab a few things real quick. Was kind of in a hurry. Grabbed my few things and remembered I needed a can opener. (Mine broke). I grabbed the one that was $1.97 and went straight to cashiers. Of course lines were long, as always. So I went to self check out. Rang up my 4 items and noticed that the can opener rang up for $7.97. I flagged the older lady over to me. Told her it rang up wrong. She called over a Korean "manager" over. Told her that the can opener rang up $7.97 instead of $1.97. The Korean lady LAUGHED in my face and said they didn't have any for that price but that she would walk over and check the sign. I said perfect. 10-15 minutes later she comes back and said that she CALLED the department manager and she said they didn't have any for that price. She didn't go look at the sign which she literally passed to Get to a phone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! I told them to take it off my cart so I could pay and go. I pulled up Walmart.com. Look what I found. (Picture attached) TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE. I've been a general manager at a restaurant and have never laughed at a customer ever. Especially not to their face. Let's just say this visit, confirmed why I don't go to this location and will never again.
