Every time we’ve visited, the food has been fresh and exactly as ordered. I also made a careless turn in the parking lot and the staff went out of the way to make sure I was okay.
The service was fast, and the portion size was very generous for the price. However, the fries were not as crisp as they could have been; they tasted slightly soggy, possibly due to being left under the heat lamp for too long.
Mostly like this Wendy's, but consistency is a huge issue. I only ever get the breakfast burrito and potatoes and almost every time I order it I'm either missing cheese slices, cheese sauce, and/or potatoes. It was great when it first opened and rarely had issues. I don't go to other locations because this is the closest to my work, but may have to start going to the one on Tiny Town. The workers are super nice, but they're constantly understaffed in the mornings.
