Staff was incredibly rude. My order was missing an entire entree, my other burger was made wrong, sauce I ordered was not provided and staff insisted I pay extra when I asked for the sauce that was supposed to come with my order, then the worker threw the sauce across the counter when I told her I had five orders of nuggets and should’ve received five sauces included and yet I received none. Restaurant was also dirty, tables unwiped and full of crumbs and sauce.

Waited over 20+ minutes for food. Was told 15 minutes. As I'm writing this, still waiting for my food. No one was here. Many other customers have come in after us, recieved their food, and have already left. This is absolutely ridiculous. I went up there, and only half of my order was done. As I'm finishing writing this, 25 minutes have passed.

Don't go on a Friday night for sure. I understand when a place may be busy, but after waiting for almost 15 minutes we still didn't get straws, sauces or napkins. The girl at the pick up window didn't say a word even though the three cars in line had to wait as long as they did and the salad looked like trash. It's never been that bad and I guess I won't be going back to that location. We don't get fast food anymore except once in a blue moon and this is exactly why.

Nobody is here but me at the drive thru on 10.25.25 at 11:23pm and I've been waiting for the order for over 15 minutes already.
Service was ok. Didn't get requested condiments but other than that it was good.

I'm a doordash driver this Wendy's location took care of all the customers even the customers behind me before they even started my order that I had to deliver. It's unfair to the driver to not have our order prepared when we get to the window as it cost us money. This restaurant does not have it together they're slow especially on the night shift.
