Wanted to share that on 7/1/2025 I had a very pleasant experience at this Wendy’s!! I have a stressful job and today the breakfast was very fresh and the crew was amazing! This sure made my day start off much better! Keep up the great work! Keep smiling😊

Staff ignored me until I broke down and ordered from the kiosk, even though later they said they do actually have humans who take orders. They couldn't figure out how to produce a receipt, even though the kiosk said one would be given to me at the counter. Most of the fries were about 3 degrees above room temp, the rest were colder than that. Soda station was filthy. On the brighter side, I actually did get what I ordered, which seems to be an accomplishment these days at...

Typical Wendy's food, but my son's chicken sandwich was mis-made twice, and when we went in to get it corrected the third time, LaToya (I believe the manager) was AMAZING and kind to my son and made sure it was correct (she may have made it herself). When my son got the correct chicken sandwich, he said he was one of the best chicken sandwiches he has had in a while. It was hot and tasty.
