This store is absolutely ridiculous! I placed a delivery order from my Wendy’s app at 12:41. Waited for my delivery until 1:09 and then was notified that my order has been cancelled because when the driver came to pick up my order it was picked up by another driver! I had already paid $34 including the tip! I called customer service to report and was told there’s nothing they can do and to wait 10-14 days for my refund!! I will NEVER use this app again or this restaurant! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!
