Went through the drive thru for a med drink and added to the order at the window 2 kids meals. Everything was fine until I was told they needed more money....my order was 10.15 and I gave the girl a $20. Needless to say I didn't leave until they gave me my correct change back.

I don’t know any of their names but when I ordered in the drive through today around 1:15 everyone was incredibly nice. The guy that took my order has a great/fun attitude and then the other two people that gave me my food and drink were also very friendly. I’d have to say this was the most pleasant and friendly service I’ve witnessed at any Wendy’s.

I have to give mad props to the service I just received around 6:20 p.m. today I was so impressed with how they handled an awkward situation where I forgot to mention to scan my rewards before paying and the manager on duty helped me out no problem and it was really nice to not be berated and treat it very kindly. The food was also really good thank you for providing such good service

If I could give this location, a lower rating, I would ordered from Uber eats ordered around 12 Ish didn’t receive my food until almost 1 AM. Not to mention no condiments were put in my bag or straws. Food was burnt not only was it burnt, but it was made wrong. Cinnabon pull apart was cold as a brick never have I ever been so upset in my life over some food.

These people are TERRIBLE. Beyond rude ASF. We were told to back to our “CAUCASIAN PLANTATION” because we wouldn’t pull up while making sure our order was correct. We had to roll the windows up to block out the guy screaming at us. I will never go back there and I will tell everyone I can.

No Pineapple Frosty’s for the SpongeBob Meals, which is the whole reason you get a SpongeBob Meal. Customer service is not on point, employees are too concerned with each other. I don’t expect much at all fast food restaurant, but geez, at least have the food you advertise.
