Girls were rude and had no customer service. I wasn’t greeted when I arrived nor was I wished a good night as I left. I ordered one oreo and one caramel frosty for my kids. They gave me two oreos. I politely told them I had ordered a caramel. First the girl argued with me and then another girl told her I was right but then that girl asked me for one of the oreos back. I’ve worked in fast food and Ive had my order wrong at other restaurants. Never have I experienced an incorrect order asked back. Normally the customer is allowed to keep it for both food safety reasons and as a gratuity and apology for the mistake. Felt like the girl just wanted to keep it for herself. They shouldn’t give it to another customer once handed to me and if they’re gonna throw it away might as well let me keep it. I would have appreciated the second oreo for me since I had just gotten two for my kids. They didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Someone needs to properly train those girls about customer service and food policies.

the fries are cold half the time and i had to explain to my toddler that maybe they were out of the toys cuz we are missing the kids toy half the time but at least my orders right😔

The staff are friendly and kind and quick service. Floors and tables were a bit dirty, puddles of fluid on the floor and sticky tables. The drink machine was out of a lot of flavors but overall it’s mid. I’d recommend drive thru rather than dining in.

Don’t even waste your time. Just go to the new one at exit 8. The food is trash. Chicken nuggets tasted like 10 year old cooking grease. Bag had grease all over it. Terrible decision that day. Should’ve stayed in the Panda Express line.

Paid for our order. Their kiosk said we owed 0.00 and wouldn’t finish the order. Their employee was too stupid to understand what was going on and gave us an attitude saying he would pay for our order and stormed out to his car. There is a reason no one is at this location.

Their new frosty blends and not as desirable as you would think. Love the cheesy fries.
Food is good and usually correct. Lady taking orders in the drive thru seemed to hate her job. She was very rude and rushed us through the entire order. She asked “anything else” in an annoyed tone after every item which was enough to feed 3 people starting with the first burger and tried to tell us our total prematurely before we were finished ordering almost cutting us off from finishing our order halfway through. Just felt extremely rushed and like we were an inconvenience to her regardless of her job being to take drive through orders.

I came during peak lunch rush, which Google said wasn't as busy as usual. However to me, they looked pretty busy. Full drive thru, so I decided to go inside. Dining room probably 3/4 full, people waiting on food, people in line ordering, and people coming to pick up for who ordered off the app. I ordered and waited at the counter watching everyone doing something. None of the workers were standing around, and everyone was working together. My food was hot, the service was quick and although I ordered no onions, and still got them, I was still very impressed.
