I ordered a 10 Piece chicken nuggest combo and 3 Tenders. The tenders were horribly burnt and dry as seen in the picture. The nuggets were insanely dry and basically cardboard, I couldn't even finish the tenders. The Lady at the window was sweet though. Whoever is Cooking back there needs to figure it out. Service was fast and employees were nice. The soda machine definitely needed to be switched out for the coke zero, tasted like soda water- not good. The burgers were fine. The fries were not salted and definitely were sitting on the warming tray for a while... As well the nuggets tasted as though they were in the cubby for too long. As a former Wendy's employee I was super disappointed because I know how things are supposed to taste... There was also a frozen fry in my son's chicken nuggets, very confused on how that happened. Oh, and no toy either... At least they were nice...

Meat tasted like it had been prepared and sitting for at least an hour, tasted very off, they forgot the sauces that we had asked for, and the food was unbelievably dry. (Also not sure who but one of them at the drive through was being very short and a little rude.) Go to one of the other ones, trust me.

I love stopping at Wendy's for lunch. I use the mobile app so I can adjust my order. I love that! It is so hard sometimes to get them to put the order in right over the speaker. The nugget, burger, fries, and drink value meal is great. I have to eat as I work. Gives me plenty to snack on.

I stopped going to Wendy's years ago after getting semi cooked or raw chicken multiple times at different locations I have since found the quality of the food to have improved and be quite good, and I now they have some really good options, the salads are surprisingly good for the price! Service is friendly... though I absolutely dislike the AI drive-thru ordering it actually works okay. The one near us occasionally has very long waits unfortunately.

This has to be the fastest websites in clarksville as well as the most accurate yet. I dont ever have to wait more than 5 minutes to get my food and its fresh. The only thing to complain about is the wilma traffic which isnt even their fault. If you want Wendy's come to this one

So last time diet dr.p tasted awful and getting a new soda with the rude blonde girl was a trial...gave it a cool down period and went for breakfast again. Same girl, gave a weird vibe as she handed me my stuff. Drink looks nothing like it normally does, did the choc cold brew with cream, think I was handed the choc cold foam. Technically an upgrade but twice the calories of what I planned and tasted like crap so yeah...wasted a few bucks there cause I won't be drinking it. I won't be back for a good while.

Hard to say on atmosphere since I came through the drive-thru but it was pleasant and quick. So not so much a complaint but it is going to be a bit of a critique. Asiago chicken sandwich always good after all it's a BLT with white cheese and chicken. The criticism comes to the fries. Ungrateful that the fresher fries ended up in the baconator Frys but you didn't even bother to hide the fact that you barely put any cheese sauce on it you threw way too much shredded cheese on top of it because you didn't have enough of your cheese sauce at least the baconator fries had salt. But I think the worst part about the baconator fries that I got was that you didn't bother to rip up the bacon you just threw three or four slabs of bacon on their and called it a day. Now when it came to my large fry it was very evident with my first handful that these fries were refried after they probably sat there for a while and don't you dare tell me I don't know because I used to work for you guys I know Wendy's has a habit of refrying their fries to make them fresh again but if you do that you got to pull the fries if they don't come out right. And these ones did not come out right there was no salt whatsoever it's like the scooper you used didn't even have any salt on it because there was no salt transfer at all. And a good portion of that large fry were different stages of over fried it may not looked at color-wise but they were stale and some tasted like your Grease. Again it's not a complaint or and I don't want to refund. But people who work Friday nights even the weekends they need to do a better check of quality. I would add photo evidence but I ate it all I'm on my way home.
