I wouldn't give them ONE STAR but this review crap sucks!! I walk in at 12:00 pm on the 19th today stand at counter and they are all BSing and continued to BS while a customer is standing waiting to order (me). I don't understand these young adults they get a job complain about it and their pay but really don't want to work (do anything). It's not just this Wendy's, it's McDonald's, Burger King and surrounding fast foods on tinytown road!!! Piss Poor Service!!!! I left because I had to control myself from saying anything NOT WORTH IT!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! My wife was served an almost completely raw chicken breast yesterday and then when I asked to speak with a manager she was to busy and sent up a crew lead that decided to cuss me out when I wanted the actual manager and then when she said I could file a formal complaint she was rolling her eyes so unprofessional will never return here if it was the last place to eat

Staff was patient and and kind while I decided what I wanted. Service was fast, they had my food ready when I got up to the window. Food tasted fresh. Great experience!

All I need was a receipt. I usually have a great experience at this Wendys. I use my corporate card to buy my team breakfast quite often. Usually the receipt is in the bag. I did not check this time. When I realized that the receipt was not in the bag, I called to get the receipt reprinted the same day. The lady I spoke to said to call back tomorrow morning to get the receipt. I wait until the next morning to call back and was told that their system restarts the next morning. So, no receipt. I know that I should have checked but why give me the run-a-round when they couldve reprinted a receipt the same day.

Piss poor service. Maybe hire people who know how to work a drive thru. I was skipped twice in line at the speaker because the guy working my drive thru didn't know how to work it.
