I went to the bathroom… urine on the floor, toilet, walls, completely disgusting. When using the bathroom means I have to get my car interior clean, then there’s a problem.

They forgot to put our nuggets in our door dash order and we went to get them so we wouldn't have to wait for another dasher. We had proof of the order. When we arrived, the line was long and the lobby was closed so we gave them a call to let them know we were here to get a missing item. Whoever answered the phone was incredibly rude for no reason. She simply told us it was handled through doordash and had a serious attitude. We know that this is normally handled through doordash but we thought it easier for everyone to get the missing item ourselves, and they refused to give it to us.

My husband and I stopped by this morning for a quick breakfast while running errands. The restaurant was super nice and clean, food was great (Wendy’s breakfast is the best!) and all the ladies working were soooo sweet. Great experience all around. Thx ya’ll!!

I ordered a regular 6 pc nugget and a spicy 6 pc nugget and a small fry. I asked for all of the food to be freshly dropped. Once I got to the window I asked if it was dropped fresh just to ensure my request had been acknowledged. The lady working the window said that she did not know if it was fresh so she returned the food. Once I finally got the food, the bag was super greasy and nasty and on top of that, the food wasn't fresh, they had re-dropped the food that was already in the bag. The nuggets were absolutely disgusting. Asking for fresh food should not be an anomaly. I will be writing to the corporate office.
