If I could give 0 stars for service I would. Came in with my mom and dad on Saturday for lunch and was highly disappointed by the immature or maybe even racist staff. Waited for about 20 minutes and was told twice someone would help us order at the counter soon. Well that didn’t happen and when we eventually left, the crew members started laughing loudly. No cars in the drive through or anyone dining in. As a franchise and someone in the franchise business who can very easily get ahold of corporate, this was distasteful to experience. I respect everyone no matter what color, culture, or any indifferences. I will be making a call to corporate, I have never experienced this at any food restaurant and know for a fact I would never allow this at one of my businesses.

Standard restaurant. However, the manager on duty during lunch rush was amazing. Hot & fresh food. It was a bit crowded, but it was the lunch rush.

Girl taking orders rang up the wrong thing I asked for a brownie batter lg chocolate frosty, she rain an Oreo something I did not order. Well when I went to tell the girl at the second window another girl steps in and says “ you have to order it like that” .. I did rude ass anyway I was over charged at that. I love Wendy’s but not any more if they treat their customers like this..

Do you want a Wendy’s that that leaves out 25% of your order? Gives you buns so hard they crumble in your mouth? Or cinnamon pull a parts that have fused into something so hard the DOD wants to use it as tank patch? Then this is the Wendy’s for you!
If you’re going to be open, be available. I pull up to the window and a girl speaks to me asking if I am using the mobile app only to never come back to the mic or either window. Work a day job if nights is too much for you.

Went thru the drivethru this week and ordered a biggie bag and when I got the food it was cold all of it, fries, double stack and nuggets and there were only 3 nuggets in the box. Guess you get what you pay for. Wendy's won't have to worry about me coming back.

Ordered DoorDash and received the wrong order. Door dash came back to get the order and take it back to restaurant. When he came back I realized I ordered a medium and received a small. My biscuit was hanging in to the chicken, very sloppy! I just threw it all away. Manager calls me to let tell me her regional called due to the review I left then disconnected the call. Very very unprofessional staff.
