Went thru the drivethru this week and ordered a biggie bag and when I got the food it was cold all of it, fries, double stack and nuggets and there were only 3 nuggets in the box. Guess you get what you pay for. Wendy's won't have to worry about me coming back.

Ordered DoorDash and received the wrong order. Door dash came back to get the order and take it back to restaurant. When he came back I realized I ordered a medium and received a small. My biscuit was hanging in to the chicken, very sloppy! I just threw it all away. Manager calls me to let tell me her regional called due to the review I left then disconnected the call. Very very unprofessional staff.

The worker literally watched me walk to the door then locked it right when I got there even though there is a sign on the door that says the lobby is open until 1 am. It's not even 10 pm. She was dancing while walking away from the door.

Yesterday an employee in the drive thru spit on my vehicle and denied it when confronted. I’m not sure what he had in his mouth, but I had to wash my vehicle because the driver’s side had brown/green spittle from the windshield to the back driver side door.
A heavy bleach blonde woman was rude to me and my husband. We’ve tried to get food for Uber and she’s yelled at my husband, saying they were closed after forcing my husband to wait 30 minutes.
Was looking forward to a good Wendy's hamburger because it had been a while. It looked great when I opened it. But it was nothing like they used to taste & I had to throw it away after about four bites. So disappointed and I just can't ever go back. Terrible taste! ??
