Wesbrooks Coffee

The coffee was decent. There was another little family in the lobby area and it wasn't busy. The aesthetic was nice! However The Barista made it feel as if we were bothering them. They weren't very welcoming and the whole vibe was just off-putting. We probably won't be back.

The blends of coffee that are used here are to die for! On top of it, the ambience of the locations is truly amazing! The staff are so nice and helpful, I strongly recommend you go to Wesbrooks!!

Went today for my Birthday, they sang Happy Birthday to me and gave me one of my drinks for free, which was really nice. To be fair I had a fairly decent sized order too.

The food has gotten a lot better since opening as well, and my drinks were fantastic. Not to mention the Military Discount for Veterans as well.

This will be my coffee place when I want some Fancy Coffee!

Today was my first time going into Westbrook and I wanted to place an order.. I had said several times to the barista’s that I’ve never been there and needed help. They proceeded to ignore me.. Then a gentleman walks in and they Jumped on asking him if he needed help and they asked him several times, even though I was there before him.. I don’t think I’m ever gonna come back, Which is unfortunate because this is my parents favorite coffee place and they have nothing but great things to say about them, but I would not know seeing as I was ignored for almost 10 minutes. I hope they get better barista in the future and maybe I could revisit.

First off, place is gorgeous inside. The coffee/food was subpar. Service was decent. Chocolate muffin was stale, my hot chocolate was 90% water.

I find myself coming back to this coffee shop because they do have a wide selection of drinks, and the aesthetic is wonderful inside making it cozy to work on school work or meet with friends. But I feel like the workers have something against me every time I come. It’s very off putting that they really seem to not want to do their job and makes it longer and longer between my visits because I don’t want to deal with being treated like I’m bothering them by ordering even the most basic drink. There’s one or two ladies who are kind but the workers there most often are just unkind. I try to give benefit of the doubt every visit but always leave feeling like “why do I keep coming here and leaving a tip?”

First time was a great experience! Definitely going back.

Love this coffee place! First time going today with my girl friend and our babies. The coffee is fantastic and the breakfast burrito is to die for! The atmosphere is great too. Lots of room to sit as well as an area for kids!

This coffee shop is AMAZING. Everyone who works their truly enjoys their job, and the customer service is excellent. I rented their side room for an event I was hosting and it was an easy process and perfect spot.

The coffee was some of the best I've ever had. It was the prefect temperature for immediate consumption. I usually don't finish a whole cup but it was gone in no time. I was however a little disappointed in the available food options and the muffins we did end up getting were a little dry and too crumbly. The drive through went by without to much of a wait!

First time trying Westbrooks Coffee on my way home from Fort Campbell. I ordered a 24-ounce iced Wesbrook Mocha. The quality of the espresso coffee was excellent, but the drink was overloaded with sugary syrups, which negated the espresso flavor. The overload was a little unexpected, as typically standalone coffee shops are well-balanced compared to chain locations like Scooter’s, Dutch Bros, Dunkin, Starbucks, etc. where the consumer knows it will be sugary.

Otherwise, the baristas were friendly, and the atmosphere and restaurant aesthetics were refreshing and clean.
