Went there this morning and they gave me old chicken and couldn’t get my order right. I’ve seen whataburgers in Texas and this is pitiful compared to them. Service and food quality suck

I gotta say, this place is the cleanest fast food joint in Tennessee! Burger King, McDonald's, taco bell, panda express, could take lessons from this place. The food has improved so much since the '90s. I'm impressed with the great customer service as well. Great job!

Finally got to try Whataburger and was not disappointed. Stopped here driving from Indiana to Florida and picked up breakfast to go. It took a little while to get our food after we ordered. I was joking that they must be waiting on the eggs to be laid. Lol I had the breakfast burger and it was awesome! Hoping to stop in on the way back home to get a bacon burger. The employees were very friendly. Nice, clean restaurant. I'll definitely be back when I can. Hopefully Whataburger will eventually make its way to Louisville, KY and Evansville, IN.

I don't know what happened but apparently they forgot about us. It took a bit over 15 minutes to get our food. The fries were inedible, the hot apple pie was both cool and not fully cooked, the burgers were dry, and the bacon was pathetic. A terrible first experience.
