So I ordered on the app thinking I’ll save some time…. Well…. It’s been 20 minutes since the food was supposed to be ready…. And still no food… there have been other people that are waiting too… zero freaking since of urgency…

O just got my food and asked for ranch and ketchup… o we charge for ranch and walked off… so apparently no ketchup either

30 effing minutes…

Just give up and close… I’ll drive to Texas to eat it

What a joke!! I ordered its been 20 mins just a #2 watched the drive through cars go in and out way faster than the customers inside … I’m looking around and everyone inside is waiting for there food burgers

Down and dirty. I just needed a snack. I got a large drink and a small fry. Small fry was $2.59, what? I had to wait a few minutes for it in the drive through so I shut my engine off. Not a big deal because I was not in a hurry and I knew they would be fresh, and they were. Now a small fry for that price was a little nuts but getting a half order in the small bag was not acceptable. The employee was courteous and kind.

Empty parking lot 1:20 in the afternoon. I’m assuming employees parked on the back 40 because I observed about seven vehicles in that area. No sign of walk-in clients. Drive-through could not handle three vehicles. I’m not impressed. Departed without sampling their (reportedly) overrated hamburgers. If their quality of hamburgers is indicative of their quality service then I will not be returning to any Whataburger establishment.

The big light skin dude with glasses give him a raise he needs a promotion or a raise outstanding customer service everyone else is ok but that guy needs some kind of reward he stands out amongst the rest

I can't comment on the food because I don't have it. Like all the other locations... wait, wait, & wait some more. We've been here almost 20 minutes...still no food.

In the beginning, I understand why it took so long for orders. They were new and trying to get a hold of things. Now, they have been here for a while. There were only a few people in the drive thru and I still waited over 20 minutes. The food is mediocre at best. I try to avoid going, but have family members who love it. I'm not sure if it is a management issue, but the wait time is not worth the food.

I was not overly impressed with Whataburger. Everyone for TX made it sound like a life changing event. I did not leave there feeling like a changed man, just full because I ate a cheeseburger and fies.
