Finally got to try Whataburger and was not disappointed. Stopped here driving from Indiana to Florida and picked up breakfast to go. It took a little while to get our food after we ordered. I was joking that they must be waiting on the eggs to be laid. Lol I had the breakfast burger and it was awesome! Hoping to stop in on the way back home to get a bacon burger. The employees were very friendly. Nice, clean restaurant. I'll definitely be back when I can. Hopefully Whataburger will eventually make its way to Louisville, KY and Evansville, IN.

I don't know what happened but apparently they forgot about us. It took a bit over 15 minutes to get our food. The fries were inedible, the hot apple pie was both cool and not fully cooked, the burgers were dry, and the bacon was pathetic.
A terrible first experience.

Absolutely disgusting. I've given them a few chances and everytime I regret it. The new store manager is very rude and refuses to take accountability.

Pros: The front-of-house associates were so friendly and helpful! The Dr. Pepper Blackberry shake should be permanent, we absolutely love it.
Cons: Unfortunately our fries (while hot & fresh, which was appreciated!) were quite overcooked, all were very hard and crunchy, so we politely asked if we could get new fries, and the team member in the drive-thru who helped us was so polite & willing to assist, but we did still end up getting equally overcooked, hard fries that we ended up throwing away. Wrangler burger was just okay, kinda dry and overcooked as well, threw half of it away.
Takeaway: kitchen staff not on par with customer facing employees. Would return to give it another try at a later date.

Fries were cold and tasted old. Lettuce, tomato, & onion was ice cold so burger was cold. The other burger was not like this.
