Live whataburger. You have to order extra sauce though the tenderizer to come very dry. I ordered heavy bbq sauce, and still it was barely there. Tasted great, just a bit dry.

Food is always fresh and their milkshake machine is always in order. Maybe they need to share with McDonald's where they bought their ice cream machine and what brand it is ? The staff here are always friendly. It's just an overall good place to eat at.

Placed an online order and still waited over 45 in the drive thru line to get my order. Cars that placed their order at the window received their order long before we did. We have filed a complaint. There is no manager on duty and we can not get a refund. Absolutely the worst experience at a Whstsburger!!!!

Food was okay service was definitely not with a smile and it was definitely not worth the $13.00 spent for one meal I say what definitely not a Whataburger all I got was one combo meal the cheeseburger with onion rings
What a waste of time and money! Went to this place yes and got a biscuit and gravy and had to wait for it, but it was worth it. The gentleman acknowledged the lateness for my food, so no worries.. went and ate my food w/ pleasure. The Gracey was thick n hot and well coated the biscuit and I thought to save it, but I didn’t, so I knew I was coming agin the next day for an appt. Well.. all I’m gonna acknowledge is… WHERE IS THE GUY FROM YESTERDAY???! (The younger looking guy)Today my gravy was so runny and no sausage at all. It is so unbelievably disgusting and runny w/o SAUSAGE. I can’t eat it b/c I’m scared I’ll get the runs from the loose mess that looks like soup ?? won’t be back if the guy (black)who handed me my food is there. Some ppl just can’t do a good job at cooking?

I don’t think I’ve EVER had a better drive through experience. Seriously. Shawn P took my order at the Madison street location. He was articulate, attentive, and read my order back to me. At the window he was communicative about how much longer to expect my food. He was courteous. He just seemed genuinely kind. Sure there was a small line and a bit of a wait but the food is made there so it’s worth it. I don’t mind waiting when the service is that good and the food comes out correctly.
Great food and service, but it is still a fast food restaurant.
