Ordered a cheese burger n my goodness, when I got it I thought it had been cooked yesterday. It was horrible, the cheese look like it was melted on n was hard, very disgusting. What made it so bad was that the manager ask what's wrong with it..duuuhh. And she had it open looking at it. I don't know what she saw but wow. Anyway I told her I wanted a fresh cooked burger n thy should be ashamed for sending that out.
Food took a little to come out but that only means its hot and fresh! Customer service on 3/18 drive through around 8p.m. was 10/10! Staff was very kind and the food was amazing! Definitely will be returning to this location over the others!

Only drive through was open, took them 15 mins to get my food. The drive through lane is confusing. After waiting 14 min they asked if I received my order yet which I have not. Then they looked around and couldn't figure out where my food was. Then it finally showed up a minute later. Still better than the jerks running the one on north second.

Typical Whataburger, great food and superb service. They've got some great people working here, very upbeat and friendly. This is a great place to enjoy a meal.

Service was okay the lady was polite and attentive. The food was very meh. I would rather wait 10 minutes for hot crispy chicken than wait 3 minutes to receive soggy chicken And fries that were bland that’s a turn off and not worth a second trip…

This place has only been open for 1 day and produces food faster than the Firehouse location and also is the 1st time I had a hot burger. I didn’t know they came that hot until this new location opened up. And I was in and out of the drive through in under 4 mins compared to the other location with a minimum wait time of 15 mins. Drive the extra distance to the Haynes location in Clarksville and avoid The Firehouse location.
