I will never eat here again. The food was very unpleasant! It tastes like old oil. There were only 3 people working, at a slow pace, and it seemed like they did not want to be there. I do not recommend going to this establishment.

What is with this place second time I thought the first time was just a one off. This place is nasty. They have food and onions thrown everywhere on the kitchen and counters. It looks like they are having food flights. The onions that are around the dining room and walls are dried and hard as rocks. The griddle they cook on has a quarter inch of thick black burnt what ever around the edges. Health department really needs to visit this place

They were so unprofessional that I asked for 3 plain white castles, and they charged me for 3 cheese burgers. So when I reminded them I wanted pickles they grabbed a handful And laid them on the bun on the counter In front of everyone. When they should have taken them out of the box and placed it on the sandwich. Putting pickle juice over the bun. They let you know pay for what you get Cheap burgers terrible service. People were waiting 20 and 30 minutes.

let me just start off by saying, this is my first impression of the white castle restaurant as a whole. me and an associate of mine went through the drivethru and ordered the shareable #8 meal that comes with 10 sliders and 2 small fries with drinks. everything was okay at this point till i got to the window. i look up to see a gentleman having a whole phone conversation with someone and saying not very work place appropriate things. second, he wasn’t wearing gloves, not a big deal to me for our drinks but he is holding his phone the whole time. the only words he says to me is my price and nothing else. it takes about 7 minutes to get our food but that isn’t something i really minded. we get our food and go park in the parking lot to eat. not 2 minutes after getting the food yknow? and when we pull out the food something caught my eye, the burgers were soaking wet. the whole bottom is dough. the bun and everything was wet and felt like they spit in it. they also put extensive amounts of onions in the burgers and they were just falling out. these photos were taken the day after for proof

Stopped in to try White Castle as it had been years since we had had any. I chose 2 small cheeseburger sliders while my husband chose a#1 combo with loaded fries. The food was fine, the loaded fry order seemed too small for the pricing. I did like the crinkle cut fries. Busted.... I ate 2 of them from my hubby's order. It was nice to try them again and service was quick.

A necessary stop because I wanted my wife to taste a fresh White Castle slider. All she has ever experienced are the frozen sliders you can buy at the grocery stores. We have no White Castle restaurants here in Lincoln, Nebraska. It would be nice to have at least one restaurant here.
