This place is a joke. Employees wear whatever they want even crocs. I’m sure that’s a safety hazard. Also when I went in it was full of dark smoke and they would not let you order food. The register was not down and they shut down online orders for the night at 20:00 they said we are closed. Can wing stop actual do something about this or do you not care about your employees and customers.

At this point corporate or a new general manager might fix the constant issues yall give customers. It shouldn’t make a difference if I order online or in store my food should be cooked all the way through, why is my wings chewy and soft. Does that make sense to have soft wings? items should be double checked, utensils and sauce packets that yall charge extra for should be in the bag. Act like yall know something and get a clue because im starting to think yall do it on purpose to get your store shut down cuz ain’t no way.

Out of the 7 Wing Stops I've, which the others was the bomb. Chicken way salty both traditional and boneless. Fries that was always my favorite,... sadly 80% of them was the super small bits that looked like the leftovers from the fryer.... I'm almost embarrassed for recommending Wing Stop to anyone. This one is a complete embarrassment to the franchise

There aren’t enough nice words to say how grateful I am for Antoine. I had just left the hospital I had really injured my back and my husband and I made a stop at wingstop. Immediately he helped me walking in, he saw I was struggling and he helped. He is such a beautiful soul. He took our order and had it out quickly went above and beyond. The service above five stars and customer service (Antoine) was above five stars. Thank you for ending what started off as a horrible day making it a wonderful one. Thank you Antoine.

I’ve ordered from this Wingstop every few months for the past five years and almost every single time I get disappointed.
When I first started coming here, the food was pretty good and the service was pretty fast but the last three years the wings I’ve ordered were way too oily and had a bunch of oil sitting at the bottom and most recently my wings came without sauce when I ordered it with sauce. They had also just started cooking my food 20 minutes after I had ordered it. The fries are also pretty soggy every time but it tastes pretty good.
I think I’ll just order the blue cheese from here and get wings and fries elsewhere.

I came into this Wingstop yesterday, and it was pandemonium. There were like eight people in the kitchen, and no one knew what was going on. The girl at the counter took so long to take my order, I just stepped back and ordered it on doordash. This has been the worst Wingstop since I've moved to Clarksville almost 2 years ago. The only reason I give the service of three-star and the food of five, is because today the manager KY. This is the first time I've actually come in, ordered my food, and got exactly what I wanted. And it wasn't so chaotic with like eight people back in that Tiny Kitchen. She's the only reason this rating is in all one star. Do better Wingstop

They want to make 20 bucks an hour but can't read an order or check a bag before its sent out. Do better half my order didn't even show up.

For as much fries you get it would be nice if y'all put more than one ketchup... especially if I call and request it and you agree but then I get my food and there is only one pack of ketchup in my bag.
