If I could I would give 0 stars I ordered 10 pc combo bone in lemon pepper wings Cajun corn combo with a drink the drink tasted like soda water! The wings had little to no flavor lemon pepper was supposed to be! It was half done! The Cajun corn dry old ! Made me gag! So strong with I don’t know what ! Um sure it was toxic and unhealthy for human consumption! I called a requested my money back! The manager said he would contact the manager! I will never go back ! The worst food and service! Ever

Our order was incorrect, the drink from the drink machine was not drinkable, the wings did not taste like the sauces were applied, & i got the impression a tip was expected for ringing up my order...3 stars is being generous, but I will not visit this place again.

I was pretty disappointed in my good here. I've heard nothing but good things,unfortunately, I have received the opposite. My wings were teeny and the sauce was everywhere! I ordered it for lunch and couldn't eat much of it bc of how messy it was.
People say the dry rub is better but idk. I am hesitant to try it again.
The lady who was at the front counter was kind and the food was hot at least.

Children working there that rather give excuses than just do their damn job. It's just fried chicken!! Don't give me schematics about how you can't drain all the grease off the chicken before you put it in the container! I ordered dry rub! so i shouldn't be getting soggy chicken in a puddle of frying oil.

Watched a customer stand for about 10 mins at the front counter and ended up walking out due to no employees operating the register. I waited a great deal of time on my takeout order only to receive hard chicken and cold fries. Will never return to this location.

Messed up our entire order. Ordered 16 wings total, got only 8. The chicken was also still half frozen. They couldn't even do half and half correctly on the flavors of the few wings we managed to get.

The service is extremely shitty. I walked down placed an order and waited. 45 minutes for my food.

My main issue with this place is it’s unsanitary. There’s no gloves or hairnets in sight. The cooks and the person putting the food in bags do not wear any kind of gloves or hair covering. One girl had her long blond hair down while in the kitchen packaging the orders. The cashier was handling money and touching other surfaces while also helping with packing orders. No hand washing or anything. The garbage was overflowing. The floor was disgusting. The tables were dirty. The entire restaurant was in disarray. I started to take pictures but didn’t. I tried to enjoy my food but I kept thinking about the circumstances in which it was prepared.

Missing half my order. Don't make the same mistake of checking until you're home like me. Don't ask for your order to be remade, because it's not allowed. Other than that the young kids are very sweet and polite.

For some strange reason, they can NEVER get your order right. I stopped ordering from here for almost 2 yrs because not one single order was right. Tonight I made the mistake of being lazy and ordering from here because I didn't want to drive the extra distance to 41A. Low and behold, again, my order was wrong. I tried to call... nothing. So I took myself back to the store. If they turned the music down, they might be able to hear the phone and help the customer. Clearly management doesn't care so neither do the employees. Just try another location or even another restaurant.

I got my food about 20 min ago and I went in (with a mask ofc) after finding out I got Covid and ordered my food. The two men working there were so sweet to me and just made my day so much better. They really made a sucky day into a better one with their kindness.
