Drove across town because the one by me smells. and I've never had an issue walked out got all the way home and opened my order to realize the fries aren't seasoned and the tenders I ordered had the wrong sauce on them. Frankly very disappointed.

I walked in and the girl at the counter, idk her name, but she white and she seen me walk but continued to turn around and continued in her facetime call and was in her phone the whole time at the counter. This was at 11:30 pm maybe that might help figure it out. People trying to get her attention but is too in her phone to answer.

How is this place still in business? Ordered twice now and they’ve cancelled the order both times on different occasions! Must be a franchise store as they clearly don’t care how the store operates! 3.2 star rated and dropping! Clean house and get a staff. Not hard. One of my favorite places to eat but this store is simply atrocious!

This Wingstop in Clarksville is the worst! Walked in, and they wouldn’t take my order—said only online orders were allowed. Seriously? What kind of place refuses service to customers standing right there? The staff was rude and clearly didn’t care.
Corporate needs to step in and either shut this place down or do a complete overhaul. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs!
