Placed a to go order called it in at 8:00 p.m. asked is it too late for me to place a pick up order they said no just be here before 9:00 get there at 8:25 set in the Drive-Thru window for 10 minutes watch the pregnant lady with braids walk past about five times seen another lady sitting on a bench texting on the phone nobody ever checked me kept ringing the buzzer so finally I called the restaurant again said hey is my order ready I'm at the drive-thru window same pregnant lady comes over very rude she hands me my order open the box I specifically said no mushroom but there was mushrooms on it at this point it's late I'm tired I'm like I can pick them off when I get home pay for it leave get home take a bite the pizza crust the dough for the crust is raw take it back down there get there right at 9:00 cuz it took me awhile to break every traffic law to try to get there before they close ask for a refund same pregnant girl with the braids very nasty rude attitude literally want to argue with me about something they messed up when I tell you I do not know what's going on with this place but their food is garbage now, the customer service is horrible I do not recommend them for anything and because I paid with the bank card now my a transaction is still pending but luckily I get alerts on my phone in case anybody trying some shady s*** that's how bad I don't trust that place now this the second time my order has been messed up but to the extent of me having raw pizza dough and someone arguing with me about something they messed up is beyond acceptable the owner should be ashamed of that business shut it down!!!! ??? If I could give it a negative 10 I would that's how bad it was can you imagine biting into a slice of pizza thinking that's a cheese pull and it's raw dough ?

So dang good! We just got a delivery, and let me tell you... This is one of the best pizzas we have ever had. Woodys Pizza, please open a location in Northern Kentucky! We are fans!
Cons: -Staff spends most of the time smoking and joking in the back while only one person helps people.
-Took way too long to get our food.
-Pizza was doughy and undercooked.
-Never received our complimentary cinnamon sticks. Didn't feel like reminding our server because we waited so long for our food the first time.
Most of these problems could be solved with better management. Overall, we probably won't return.

The worst i did called in a delivery and my debit card was hit for over 900 on micro soft, and now we ordered 3 hours ago, I kept calling and they kept saying it's on its way more than 3 hours later still nothing, spoke to the manager who didn't seem to care, we got cold pizza and cold wings, I will never order from them again

The food is good. We all had the lasagna and considered it better than Olive Gardens. The service was okay, just somewhat slow, and wasn't very busy. The atmosphere is very patriotic. They have pics of the military and police officers, which is very appreciated to see. I will go back often.

The pizzas were tasty but Large pizzas not big at all and overpriced. Think about it. What's in a pizza? $0.75 worth of dough. $0.50 worth of sauce, $1.50 worth of cheese worth of cheese, a $1.50 for other toppings.
