Today's experience was not that great. My wife ordered the roast beef sub which was good. I ordered the baked lasagna which was not good. When I cut into the lasagna it was difficult. When I took my fist bite I thought I was imagining things. When I cut more into the lasagna I was not imagining. The bottom part of the lasagna was cold. I pulled part of the noodle out and touched it was cold to the touch. I had wife also check to confirm. Then had the waitress check it with the same results. She took it back to have it re-made. That took forever. I heard the waitress ask at least twice about the remake. Finally got the lasagna and this time everything was good. I think because one person was not there the cook staff was taking short cuts.

The pepperoni thin crust was amazing
May 2, 2025. While the food was good ..2 pizzas and a sub...the service was definitely not. First we felt rushed to order pretty much before we all sat down...the waitress, when given the order and repeated it did not bother to write down the changes...left the table only to come back and have to ask again what we ordered. Had to literally pretty much yell to get her attention for refills...one pizza and sub came out together, the second pizza was a good solid 6-8 minutes later. Asked for the cinnastix...was told ok no problem...never once came back to our table. Finally 20-30 minutes my daughter goes up to pay and find out what was going on with the cinnastix...waitress checked her out said have a good night and started to walk off...my daughter said umm are we not getting our sticks? Waitress was like ohhh yea ...walked away, came to our table a couple min later ...yea, they haven't started them yet so it'll be 8 minutes. So apparently waitress forgot to put that order in. Sadly, was NOT a good experience.
We love Woodlawn Woodys! We make it a point to come at least once a month with the family. They are so friendly and the food is great!
DO NOT GET THE CAULIFLOWER CRUST PIZZA!
This place had to have change the recipe or are using a cheap alternative because the last time I had the pizza it was fine about 6-12 months ago. I got the small cauliflower crust recently and I was violently sick just a few hours after.
Woodys pizza sits in a strip mall on Dover rd, as you enter you are greeted very nicely, tables are getting a weathered or used that some of the varnish is coming off and could use some conditioning however if you like a supreme pizza you will love their Super Select. All of their food is excellent and probably the best around. The parking lot is extremely busy and honestly could very easily make it as a stand alone restaurant you will be glad you ate here!!!
Fluffy chewy crust with just the right about of toppings. Our waitress was wonderful and attentive, although we were the only family there and it was a weekday mid afternoon.
This is our favorite pizza place. Whenever family comes into town, they always request pizza from here. The pizza is very filling. One or 2 slices will fill you up quick.

This place has really went down. I quit coming and alot of other folks have also
The pizza is amazing but a bit overpriced 25 dollars for a large super select. If I was just reviewing the pizza then I’d give it 3/5 but the real kicker was having to wait for 2 1/2 hours on delivery because the first time it was going to be delivered the driver checked at the previous house on my food and discovered that my wings were not even cooked. “That’s ******* raw” 10/10 on the driver who figure that I didn’t ask for my wings rare.
First time checking it out. The bacon chicken ranch cheese bread was the bomb. We got a Hawaiian with bacon pizza. It was pretty good and a peperoni with bacon. Also pretty good. I liked the crust, then husband liked the crust but the kid said it was too soft. The pizza sauce was really good. I also got the chicken Alfredo with garlic bread. I asked if the sauce was home made. They said yes, but I'm skeptical. It wasn't horrible but it had an off taste and a graininess to the sauce. It came with a piece of garlic cheese bread that was super good. The waitress who was super great surprised us with a cinniom pizza dessert pizza. She said because we spent a certain amount but I don't remember what that amount was. I do know we spent around 65 dollars on our meal with drinks. So price wise it was a great deal. We were disappointed the wings had 2 flavors hot and spicy or BBQ. We would go back for sure. It was decent food with decent prices.
Great pizza. Friendly staff and very clean resteraunt.
Pizza was made super thin. Did not order thin. Use to be a favorite not really sure what the change has been over the last few months for this location. Hope for better visit in future
