Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I buy salads from here all the time. Their "zalads" are usually very tasty. Tonight I ordered a Cobb zalad, it seemed like the meat in it was dark meat- instead of the usual white chicken tenders. I have no idea how this would be possible, however I know I had pieces of dark meat in the zalad. It'll be awhile before I come back for sure! It was not good.

Update: I reached out to the feedback site for Zaxbys per their request in the response; however no one has responded its been at least a week.

This location typically does well, it’s a hit or miss. Depends on different variables I think crew, I did order online they actually got it right. However, I had to back because they left something out but I was pleased. Keep in mind they keep on changing their closing time on google maps, it closes at 9:00 PM (weekends 10 PM)not 8:30 PM they probably do that to get less people and leave on time.

Parking: Plenty of parking, location is not as busy as others.

Never have the suace for the eggs rolls it is so disappointing to get home after a long dY at work to find out your space is missing you can for give them for one time but three there is no excuse for this I told the manager about it he.said he was sorry sorry is not the word and.burnt but I love there salads.

I come in here now and then and I'm usually pretty satisfied, but my last visit was rather disappointing. I ordered the Cobb salad and it was only 2/3 the size it usually is. I noticed it had no bacon. So I took it up front and showed them and they said they'd bring some out. What they brought you could barely fill a tiny teaspoon. I was nice and being a gentleman the whole time, but this kind of service is ridiculous. Sorry to give a poor review, but this was very poor service.

Love the Halloween decor & music! The theming makes us want to come back because it’s a fun atmosphere.

Every in store or mobile pick up order I do here is terrible. It’s always a group of teenagers and never a manager around to keep them on task and working while on the clock. The teenagers run the show.
Guest experience is not a top priority at this establishment. You can enter and stand at the counter for upwards of 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. Not even a hi, be with you soon, etc.

got a cob salad was very disappointed. Grillled Chicken good but the greens were wilted. Should of been thrown away instead of served.

Great food, clean dining area, workers were young and a little distracted on my last visit. Overall a very good location to visit.

I've been here often and had a good experience, but today I came to the drive through and ordered a fried house salad. I love their salads usually, but this one was full of rotten lettuce. I don't think it's a big deal to have a piece or two of iffy lettuce, but this was most of it. I pulled out a bunch of it at first, but then just gave up and threw the whole mess away. Very disappointing.
