Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food is always good when we go, this time unfortunately no one was actually working, I put my order in at 10:34am and waited until 10:58am when it “ready” at 10:44am. When my husband finally went up to the counter they said “oh here it is, it was in the back.” After they proceeded to walk away from the kitchen towards their doorway for the employee exit. What the heck is my food doing over there and not on the pickup thing? Not to mention these specific employees stood right in front of the mobile pickup laughing and yelling and just obnoxious because their friend came in to order. No offense to anyone I mean this with no hate in my heart but most of this newer generation doesn’t want to work but expects to be compensated because they walked into a work environment. Respect to all of our retail and fast food workers who slave away for their customers. But it’s people like this that are going to ruin business. Thank you, hope to have a better experience next time.

Zaxby’s chicken is always excellent. And the ladies behind the counter were both very professional 👍🏼 That’s hard to come by these days, thanks so much for being kind to me!

I was so excited to get Zaxbys coming back home but I’m not sure what happened here like the cooks gave up.The coleslaw wasn’t in the cup per usual, this Chicken finger Plate is missing the 2 sauces I ordered and the tenders were like a bunch of ‘baby carrots ‘ plus the Kiddie finger - not pictured didn’t have sauce either . And lastly no silverware so I assume they wanted me to ‘bear paw ‘ the coleslaw and eat naked tenders which I didn’t so I wasted my money I’m disappointed .

Went there today around 9:15. My husband ordered us two finger plates in the drive thru, mine with 4, his with 5, and extra seasoning on the fries. Most of my fries literally have zero seasoning on them, little to none and my husband only got 3 tenders. I’m honestly just disappointed that we were charged for 5 and only got 3. The food, other than that was okay, just was not happy with the service today.

Zaxbys is good, I consider it one step below Cane's!!! Same food, sauce gas a little kick but it's very good!! Cashier was friendly and no mistakes on our order..

Brought my best friend here on Saturday because he told me he had never eaten here. I was like, bro, you haven't really enjoyed boneless wings and scrumptious fries until you have tried these. He didn't want any of my wings because of the hot sauce but he was all over the fried white cheddar bites and fries! He thoroughly enjoyed it and I promised I would bring him back again. He was so full that he took a nap afterwards.

They had a hard time hearing me through the intercom. Not the first time, I could be the problem.

The food was okay they had almost no sides but I wasn't gonna complain about that then when we got ready to leave we had to sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes because of how the drive through was

I buy salads from here all the time. Their "zalads" are usually very tasty. Tonight I ordered a Cobb zalad, it seemed like the meat in it was dark meat- instead of the usual white chicken tenders. I have no idea how this would be possible, however I know I had pieces of dark meat in the zalad. It'll be awhile before I come back for sure! It was not good.

Update: I reached out to the feedback site for Zaxbys per their request in the response; however no one has responded its been at least a week.

This location typically does well, it’s a hit or miss. Depends on different variables I think crew, I did order online they actually got it right. However, I had to back because they left something out but I was pleased. Keep in mind they keep on changing their closing time on google maps, it closes at 9:00 PM (weekends 10 PM)not 8:30 PM they probably do that to get less people and leave on time.

Parking: Plenty of parking, location is not as busy as others.

Never have the suace for the eggs rolls it is so disappointing to get home after a long dY at work to find out your space is missing you can for give them for one time but three there is no excuse for this I told the manager about it he.said he was sorry sorry is not the word and.burnt but I love there salads.
