found a rock in my fry. when i was chewing i felt something hard like a piece of my tooth or something so i spit it out and come to find out there was a literal rock in my fry. now i understand it might not be the restaurants fault because they get the fries frozen but still there was a rock in my fry.

Terrible service. Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes so I got out and ordered food inside. Waited 20 minutes and no food and all the cars that were behind me in the drive through got there food and left. Asked for refund and left. Never coming back to this location staff can care less about their guest.

Ordered from this location via DoorDash. The DoorDash order was not compromised and still had the seal on it. Got a chicken sandwich meal - nothing crazy. Mind you, this is the only food I ate that day. Almost 8 hours later on the dot I developed food poisoning and was throwing up uncontrollably for about 12 hours. Shivering, diarrhea, all the classic symptoms. Only conclusion I could come to was the food was contaminated or undercooked. Terrible experience. Have contacted the local health department to do their thing. Hoping I was an anomaly and others are not going through what I did.

Food is over priced to me. And over salty. I ordered online. And it took 30 mins when I arrived to get my food. About 8 ppl with way bigger order walked in; ordered and received their food. I'm like, "where is my food?" Whole time my online receipt just sitting on back counter. She told manager in back to make my order. They took another 10 mins after seeing it. Came out and was like; "you want a refund with my food in hand." I'm like do I get my food too for the inconvenience. She says no. Well then give to me so I can go. Then left on one of the chicken fingers. And had attitude, this the manager I'm talking of. Won't go back. Send my BP up. Blood pressure.

We are a family of five and of course we order almost 70$ worth of food. We went though the driver-thru. J is what she goes by but name is Jazlyn she was so friendly didn’t make us feel like we were wasting her time as so many other place do! We don’t eat out a lot but when we do it’s so nice just to feel welcomed! Thank you to her ♥️ I just want her to know that she is appreciated and her professional didn’t go unnoticed.
