The Zaxby’s locations in Clarksville really do an amazing job of taking care of their customers. The employees are always friendly and helpful with menu selection. Any time there are questions managers are readily available to assist. The owner, Tim O’Brien, is a military veteran, a great guy that is very present in the community, and takes pride in his stores being clean and efficient. Horrible salads. Asked for my chicken to be tossed in Buffalo. The cooks didn’t. Then brought it back up there to be fixed. And they just spray the salads with Buffalo. And say that’s how they do it now. Then Mabye you should advertise your salads are sprayed with Buffalo, not tossed. Managers and cooks are super unprofessional. Cashier was nice that’s it. 10/10 do NOT recommend the Trenton location.
