Usually it's pretty good went today and ordered my wife a salad with extra chicken and didn't recieve extra chicken although they were happy to charge me for it , very disappointed

Y’all need to up your game and set your food portions correctly. I got a big Zack meal with a total of nine french fries under a burnt piece of toast and three pieces of chicken. One was only half a piece of chicken. Or over $10 bucks.

Ordered a family Zack pack box and got a handful of fries! It's a family box and they put enough fries for one person in the whole box!

I purchased a salad for my granddaughter to try, it was the first I've ever gotten from Zaxby's. It was a very pretty salad. Whoever made it took the time and made it look like a piece of art. Everything was fresh, I know, because I couldn't get her to eat anything except the chicken. So I enjoyed the rest. That was during a week day. However my husband picked me up one on a weekend, well it wasn't the greatest. The lettuce was turning brown and the cheese was on the bottom. Most of it ended up in the trash. So I would purchase another one on the day shift, during the middle of the week.

I'm always here and my experiences been positive. The food delicious and the restaurant was clean. However, I had an issue with the bread on my previous last two orders.

When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, she was professional and understanding. She made sure my new order included fresh bread. I appreciate her quick and courteous response to my concerns.

Just be careful so that no other customer complains about this anymore

I ordered online for pickup; a kids grilled cheese meal and a chicken finger plate. The food was ready quickly and hot but was way too salty to finish. 5 stars to the employees; they were friendly and polite. Restaurant was clean too.
