Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I've always enjoyed eating at Zaxby's, but at this particular restaurant I felt like they really shorted me on the salad. Prices go up but the food portions get smaller. I didn't seem to get as much lettuce with this salad as I normally would. Maybe it was an off day I don't know. But I feel like they need to be more generous at least fill the plate like they always did before. 🙂

By far the single worst entrance to the drive through I’ve ever seen. Literally impossible to access unless you enter from 3 Businesses over because they blocked off the main road entrance. I finally got to order and asked for a 10 piece chicken fingerz, a basket of fries, 1 side of zax sauce and 1 tongue torch. And this is the order I got. Literally only the fingerz for $15.32. I also didn’t know fried chicken was supposed to be green

Today was a good day i had an issue with my order and they fixed it fast very professional.

So several months back, we got food poisoning from this location and we stopped going. Usually after we get sick Eating somewhere, we stop going there for a good while. Well, it’s been months and I decided to get some yesterday. Woke up at two in the morning sick as a dog. I don’t know if they’re just not clean at this location anymore, But it’s pretty ridiculous that every time I eat there I get sick. Not to mention, the portions are small as hell lol.

Manager contacted me and offered to remake salad for my wife, the manager was extremely professional, courteous, and kind a company that reaches out to customers and resolves issues in such a manner is such a breath of fresh air thank you zaxybys and tessa

Usually it's pretty good went today and ordered my wife a salad with extra chicken and didn't recieve extra chicken although they were happy to charge me for it , very disappointed

Y’all need to up your game and set your food portions correctly. I got a big Zack meal with a total of nine french fries under a burnt piece of toast and three pieces of chicken. One was only half a piece of chicken. Or over $10 bucks.

Ordered a family Zack pack box and got a handful of fries! It's a family box and they put enough fries for one person in the whole box!
