Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I come to this zaxby’s because it’s by my house. Everytime I do curbside I have to go in to grab my food. And that is after waiting at least 15 mins for my food. And there is no one in the drive Thur line. Once I go in and there is always people standing around and my food is just sitting on the counter. Once I tell them I have been waiting out there I get oh we were doing shift change or they thought it was pickup in store. Like I said the only reason I keep going to this one is because it’s right by my house.

Jerome is a great worker

I always go to this location in Clarksville, and the employees are always so nice. The food can have moments of not being the best. I ordered the tacos to try them out and it was just chicken with sauce wrapped in a tortilla. Definitely wish I could experienced it better since it was new. I usually stick to the same thing, but wanted to venture out. I'm not sure if it has improved, but I was disappointed in that aspect. Other than that, I always go back because it's convenient, the employees are great and the food is good for the most part.

Came threw the drivethru ordered with ease and pulled forward to pay, got asked to pull into a spot and they brought the food out about 10 minutes later, fine, check the bag and a whole meal was missing I go inside and NONE of the employees even acknowledge my existence and at least 3 employees looked me straight in the face, 2 walked passed me but no one said anything to me, I waited about 5 minutes before being spoken to then I explained what happened the boy didn’t even say anything and when the food was finished instead of SAYING ANYTHING to me he shakes the box in my face. 0/10 oh and the food is cold so why did we have to pull up???

We got the Southern Fried Shrimp meal, the Chicken Fingerz meal, and a side of fried pickles. Everything was overly delicious! The fried pickles were different due to their cornmeal coating, but still good. The Shrimp were the best part!
