My daughter ordered online and asked for no toast ( it was an option online) and large fries. I went home to hand the food to my daughter and she told me it was wrong. They put small portion of fries and 2 toast. So I drove back to get it “re-made” and requested that I keep the messed up order for myself for their errors. The manager did not come speak to me and insisted employee to get the food back…. I understand mistakes happen in fast food restaurants but he could have provided bettter customer service to let me keep the food for my troubles in having to drive back for their errors. They throwing the food out anyways…. They fixed the order but I don’t think this is a large of fries. SMH..

Since there's no more adults working, the service is trash. The teens working always have a line or tell you to park bc they're to busy playing inside or just lazy af (who kows). I know now to check my bag before leaving especially since item was missing from a combo. Oh, and they threw in a busted ranch that got over other sauces too. Needs new management. These kids don't give a damn.

I thought I could get my brother a late night snack but unfortunately I place the order time incorrectly. The employee was nice enough to make it for me but the food turned out horrible. I was very happy at first because the employee was nice enough to make the order even though I placed it at the wrong time. BUT giving me an incomplete food is very disappointing. The funnel cake didn't look right, it didn't have white powder and it didn't came with caramel sauce! I rather get my ordered cancelled that night instead of getting this food that wasn't appetizing or good!

The experience was awesome as usual but was made even better by an employee named Rodney. He was the friendliness and most helpful person I've met in a while. He deserves a raise. The only thing wrong with this restaurant is the fact that they got rid of the Birthday cake shake ?
Honestly, the mushrooms were the best thing on the menu, but sadly they were discontinued. What's the deal with the bread slices on the chicken sandwiches? Is this sizzlers in the '80s? The toast takes away from the sandwich and you're not going to win a chicken sandwich war with Texas toast. And everything was overly salty even by fast food standards. Some items have twice the recommended sodium.

Very rude cashier and employees.When we ask for the second cup coz we ordered 2 meals the cashier hesitate to give it and ask question like we are trying to hide the cup. What a disrespectful kids! Food took so long too.Chicken doesnt have salt. Will never eat in this place again. Cashier name CARSON C!

My wings were completely cold when I asked them to be fresh and fried crispy and they were not they were completely cold I had to heat them bk up, the sandwich we ordered was wrong it was supposed to have buffalo sauce on it. It was plain. He ended up having to use some sauce from Popeyes.
As there prices go up food quality goes down. I ordered some chicken wings and pickles the pickles were only a few and was soggy like they. Were old left overs.

Ordered the Cobb salad, and it was a large size. I was able to share it with my son. The fried pickles are good, but they are very thin. We did add chicken to our salad, and it was great food came out quickly. I love the coke machine so I can mix my coke Villa and coke Strawberry. The place was clean, and the staff was amazingly kind and courteous. It was my first time, and I will definitely be returning.Kid-friendliness: They had 2 choices for kids meals

Placed a mobile order and they forgot my sandwich. Called to have my sandwich refunded because I didn’t want to drive all the way back and they told me I’d have to drive all the way back anyways for my card to be refunded. Waste of money and

So tell me if this makes ANY sense. I pull in the parking lot. I see a girl talking to someone at the car but I think nothing of it and pull in the drive thru to the speaker. The man tells me to come around to the window to get my order taken. I go to the window, he tells me that it's a girl on the other side by the door taking orders. So I go BACK AROUND. She takes my order at the beginning of the building. But then she says I can't pay until I get to the window. I ask her why she is taking orders right there and she said " we are trying something new." I said oh ok well it makes no sense but I know it isn't you. I go back to the window to pay and then they tell me to pull to a pick up space. They were doing everyone that pulled up behind like that too. There was not a lot of cars. Maybe 3. This was some of the stupidest decision making ever. It made no sense.
