Literal mold in the ice. My friend picked me up a drink and mozzarella sticks.(She had her toddler) When I got my drink and took a sip out of it and it automatically tasted like mold. I called and told them it tasted like mold and they offered me another drink but when I took my lid off to smell it there was literally mold in the ice. Thank god she didn’t get her baby a drink from there. Definitely will not be ordering from here again. What if that was your kid??

Went through the drive-through waited for fresh stuff. My cheese sticks were pouring out. There were completely hollow no cheese I had to come inside wait for my stuff to remade. It's still not made right I asked for a cup and she told me she couldn't give me one if I didn't pay for a cup, like what Y'all made me come inside instead of going through the drive-through and couldn't accommodate me
We went inside to eat and was literally the only ones inside and it took them 28 mins to get our food to us. But had absolutely no problem getting drive thrus food to them.

Went here to pick up dinner on a Wednesday late afternoon. There was no one in the drive thru when we arrived. Placed our order, paid, and we were asked to pull forward. When we paid, there were noticeably employees hanging around inside chatting. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes for 3 burgers and 3 fries when no other customers were around. I'm not sure what was going on, but it was ridiculous. The only reason they get more than 1 star is because the food was quite good.

I gave it a 5 star for everyone to read my post bc this Worst Burger King around unfortunately my son loves there nuggets sit in line in drive threw for 30mins they pull everyone up so that the main corp office don’t know there service sucks and the only good worker they have is the dark skin gentleman there that works drive threw can’t go inside they forget you exists and treat you with no respect I give up on giving these people more chance take advise from A reg customer drive a little further to the interstate Burger King. Please do better fire the management team here and get better service
