Pizza was made right and hot, ready when I arrived. Service, handing my pizza to me from the shelf, seemed to elude the employee that walked past it twice so I verbally ask them to hand me my order.
Had an Amazing Experience tonight with Clinton Domino's. Katherine was Absolute Amazing, Polite, Knowledgeable and overall so stinking kind. Best Manager Experience. Jay is an Excellent Delivery Driver. Very polite and the pizza was still piping Hot when it got to my house. I had bad experiences with this location before but now it's all good. Nothing bad to say. Will definitely be a Return Customer. If Domino's ever let's Katherine or Jay Go I will no longer order from there. What to go Katherine and Jay. Great Job. I can't say that enough.
HINT TO CUSTOMERS- KINDNESS GOES ALONG WAY SO, WITH THAT BEING SAID, IF YOU ARE NICE TO THEM THEY WILL BE NICE TO YOU. IF YOU COME ON THE CALL WITH ATTITUDE THEN YOU GET ATTITUDE. BE NICE PEOPLE. DO BETTER.

It took 2 and a half hours to receive my pizza and it was burnt and cold! I live 10mins away is it. It stated that the wait time was 30-40min wait online and after being on hold for 30mins the lady told me that they can’t control what the online wait time says🙄 it took the driver a hour after she left the store to even bring me my 2 pizzas! I will never eat pizza from this store again!

One and done. I ordered a medium pizza online from less than a mile away and was given a 25 min delivery time. After an hour, I called for a status. I was told that I would never have been quoted 25 min. I was then told that they had no orders for my name. After providing my order number, I was finally told that the only driver was out with my pizza and would get there when he could. The toppings are good, but the crust is wrong, and it's not worth this wait. Total time was 70 min. I'll drive back to Universal Pizza Co. instead. They were great!

Vegetarian options: Pizza is tasteless. Under cooked. Toppings scarce. Only ordered because we had company. Never ever again!!! Recooking wings as they were under done. Request a refund please
The store has new owners but it's the same old thing as before. One person who is the GM is here by herself working like crazy and nobody else around to help so obviously she is behind. Ordered 2 pizzas 45 minutes ago and they are just now starting to get made in front of me so another 15 minutes at least for them to cook. Last time we ordered our well done pizza was raw and we had to put it in the oven at home. This is an OWNER problem that needs to be addressed!

The GM made our pizza to profection after we called and told them our order was messed up she was fast to not only fix it but also make sure it looked good when we left with our other pizza and apologized for the mess up.
Go to pizza express across the bridge, superior pizza not made by middle school dropouts ??. Specifically, I’ve never received a properly cut pizza and there’s a 50% chance the bottom of the pizza is barely cooked or not cooked at all (how they manage that is beyond me).

My order was a small meat pizza . 8 piece chicken . Plain. And 2 20 Oz drinks .. it took almost 2 hours and when we finally got the food it was cold and the chicken was still raw on the inside .. over $40: dollars worth of nothing we could eat

This store is under new Management and Ownership, the previous manager and his fiancé who controlled scheduling. Staffing, and the quality of food are no longer associated with the new ownership!! The bad apples are gone and the mgmt and ownership completely rock and care about the town of Clinton!!!! I am ordering from them right now as soon as I finish this review!!!!
