Fast and friendly service.
Never disappoint
Workers where very friendly. I was traveling from out of town and they were very welcoming. Drinks where great.
Staff is always friendly, even when they are super busy. They always seem to make my drink consistently every visit, which is rare with some locations. Love my local dunkin.
It's a donut shop what else needs to be said. Oh they have the best coffee.

I LoVE Dunkin, been here many times over the past 10 years, and always seem to have pooor Customer SERVICE, and A lot of Turn Over, always new people!
Wrong food, multiple Duble and triple charges that require you to come back and fix in person!!
Always tell me it is not a problem with them, it is their system!!! WELL gEt a New system. If it is always messing up, get something else.
Then I ASK FOR A Refund of my time, and gas, like a free coffee, however the General Manager I happen to be speaking with, the ine with Tattoos, says, SORRy we don't Do that Here. It is your fault for choosing this Dunkin Donuts for your business and we can not help that our system messed up. It is on you.
I said, hold, on, you make a mistake, double charge me, I get home and my account bounces, I get a negative Fee, and I have to drive back here the next day, missing work, using my own human time, more gas to come here, to get this resolved and you Can't give me a free Coffee or dunut for your mistakes and my wasted time energy and now have to deal with Stress from your attitude when it wasn't my fault.
Well, I think you need to at least say your sorry as this is multiple times now. Just say I am sorry our system sucks and we will work on a better system that doesn't do this.
Get your system AND ATTITUDE fixed. Hate to see you ALL go, I think I'll start going to Starbucks down the road.
I recommend putting the customer first. I was nice about asking. I just said for all my trouble and time, and having to drive 45 min to sit in the drive through for 30 min, and have to deal with the bounce 25 fee, gas and lost time, and I even said I would give a 5 Star ratting for compensation of all this with a coffee and donut.
Nope, this General Manager said we do not do this. Even after I said it was their fault and all the trouble I've had to go through.
Anyways, she needs customer servixe training and a bettet attitude. All need to smile and act nicer to the customers. No smiles, no happiness in this place of business.

Clean store, buy clearly more concerned with drive thru and mobile orders than customers at the counter. Multiple families behind me in line left the store to go to the drive thru. I downloaded the mobile app while waiting at the counter, before being helped.

Worst service ever. When we went in, there was a couple already there waiting to order. There were three workers all of which were working the drive-through. Ten minutes later, the couple in front of us were finally waited on. Then it was our turn. We had to wait another ten minutes and then when we thought we were going to get waited on, one of the workers actually went to empty the trash cans instead. All of them saw us, and basically ignored us. So we just left not knowing if we were ever going to be waited on.

This location NEVER has anything available. Online order for a special that came out TODAY and when I get there it's sorry we are out. You sell donuts and you're out in the middle of the day?? Not the first time this has happened so not sure what the problem is there. Will not return to this location again.
