Love love love this Hardee's. The people really make the place. I will order ahead and Shannon and Madison always do me right. They're friendly food is always made right and hot. The fries, I have to say the fries are always hot, crispy and salty!! My favorite Hardee's and Hardee's crew.

the food was fine — everything was hot and made how we ordered it. the real star of the show during my visit, however, was the manager on duty, shannon. due to some health issues over the past couple years, i sometimes experience muscle weakness and can be quite unsteady on my feet. that means that i am a person who falls down fairly often. after we finished our meal, as we gathered our things to leave, i lost my balance and nearly fell. luckily, i was able to catch myself on the table, but doing so caused a bit of a commotion. shannon could have teleported with as quickly as she came over to make sure i was okay. she offered first aid, and even to help me to my car. i was very touched by the care and concern she showed, and am very grateful to shannon. 🩷

I was working out of town today and decided to stop at Hardee’s on the way home for a quick meal. I hadn’t been to Hardee’s in years and didn’t have the slightest idea what I wanted. The employees were super friendly and accommodating with me and one of them, her name was Shannon, suggested a great meal for me. She was knowledgeable, and so friendly! I’m not in the Clinton area much, but I know where I’ll be stopping from now on. There are three locations within a 15 minute drive of my house and her recommendations and customer service alone will likely lead to me enjoying the same meal at my local Hardee’s restaurants. The world needs more Shannons!

I will never stop at this Hardee’s again. The manager on duty Shannon raised her voice when she was explaining something to me. I told her that she didn’t need to yell. I get my Grandson the $5.99 meal and get him 2 milks instead of the fries because he doesn’t eat fries. This is what we have always done in the past and it’s never been a problem but she said that they’re not supposed to because it’s a specialty item. I had no idea because they have always done it at the different Hardee’s we eat at. She wanted me to tell her who it was that did this and said they were going to get in trouble. How am I supposed to know this? She could’ve been nice about this whole thing but instead chose to be rude. Again, worst experience ever.
