New guy at the till had a hard time finding the items we were ordering. Didn't convert regular fries to curly. Forgot one order of curly fries and kids milk. One of the big hot ham in cheese sandwiches was refrigerator cold. Cheeseburger hamburger was hockey pucks consistency. Manager microwaved cold sandwich. They thankfully did not put onions on as requested.

Nasty! Spent 20 dollars and got cold biscuits and nasty hash browns. Very disappointed waste of money. Go to the Macdonald's across the street. They are always hot and fresh for the most part. Seriously this Hardee’s is not good.

It just blows me away that about 50% of my orders are messed up. As a previous restaurant owner and now an inspector, I do understand the high turnover rate, but please teach folks to pay attention to exactly what's on the screen for the order. Note it's not always the people in the back that mess up. Maybe 20% of the time it's the person entering in the order. I don't know how many times I've ordered the Chicken BLT and end up getting no bacon, no lettuce, and no tomato - wow! Just wow!
