Papa Johns Pizza

Papa John’s pizza is a JOKE! Last order pizza was cold and wrong and it was 30 min late. Get discount for this order and told 30-45 mins and here we are over hour later. I call and speak to manager and she says, “it shows it’s being completed right now…it should be there in next 10-15 minutes.” So ur telling me ur driver says it’s completed right now but I still have to wait another 10-15 minutes!?!? No more papa John’s for us! They don’t care about service or ur business! Rant over…

Paige made my entire experience at this location exceptional. I usually consider visits to other locations just okay, but she went out of her way to make me feel welcomed and genuinely appreciated as a customer. Her attitude, professionalism, and friendliness stood out immediately. Because of the service she provided, I will gladly travel farther just to come to this location going forward. Paige is outstanding at what she does.

Just had a med. mushroom pepperoni pizza, there were 3 of the slices with no pepperoni and no mushrooms, maybe 12 pepperoni on the whole pizza, very few mushrooms. The wings were probably the smallest I’ve ever seen. The bbq sauce was good but the rest of the order not good at all. I really wanted to like it. Not a very good value for $24.

My organization has a nationwide discount with Papa Johns Pizza. But the last two or three times I called Papa Johns at 1195 N Charles G Seivers Blvd, Clinton, TN, the employees were not aware of my organization's discount. Nevertheless, they were gracious and gave me the discount. The last time I called to order a pizza, I spoke with the manager. She was not aware of my organization's discount either, and she was not willing to look into the matter or give me the discount. It was awkward and embarrassing. That happened about two or three months ago; I have not called them to order a pizza since.
