The employees are so rude. It's my least favorite location.

No line I walked up 2 teenage girls say we are busy give us some time apparently on mobile orders they are moving slow no personality 5 minutes and nothing I’m so upset the least they could’ve done was get my order then proceed to make the 2 in front of me just standing there without given the courtesy to at least order was infuriating

Employee rudely told me to speak up while I was ordering and then another employee told me to hit the green button to skip the tip so I hit the green button then later found a $2.50 tip charge on my phone and wasn’t given my receipt.

Usually the service is really good, but this morning an older woman made my drink, (an online order placed 20 minutes before I arrived) and sighed and rolled her eyes the whole time. Then when she hands me my drink it’s not even made the correct way. Took her 30 minutes to even get it to me and it was wrong and tasted gross

If I pay for 4 shots of espresso, I expect to receive that. I watched her pour one glass, a double shot. I asked, was assured it was 4. Didn’t have time to argue. Not my first incorrect drink by the SAME person. Least favorite Starbucks in the area.
