This place smells weird, and very slow service I think there was just one person in the kitchen cooking and people were waiting who ordered ahead of time. After waiting for 20 minutes we decided to take it to go. My husband and daughter thought the food was okay but I love BWW I didn't like it much. The lady at front desk was nice and respectful. She's the reason I give it 2 stars

Lunch break. Yvette helped me select food. The season fries are good. Only one cook. There was a small wait.
Overpriced and wings aren't nearly as big as they should have been for the money. Plus the customer service can leave alot to b desired. They could do better. I might wait awhile and try again.

Took awhile to get food but was cooked to order. Had the turkey burger & seasoned fries which both were amazing! Hubby had honey gold wings which he said were good. Kids got tenders & cheeseburger. They both finished their food so I guess it was good to them as well.Kid-friendliness: Had a kids menu & koolaid, win!
Arrived during lunch hour. 2 tables occupied. Majority of remaining tables still had chairs turned upside down on the tables as restaurants do b4 they close. It looked closed, but was told they were open. Food was served hot, but took longer than I thought it should given the lack of customers. Biggest complaint is the burger patty was a bit bigger than a golf ball and didn't cover the entire bun. On a positive note burger was loaded with an abundance of condiments

Food is always good but expect to wait longer than the time they tell you over the phone. Highly recommend the chicken Philly.

I drove over from having horrible service at Wing Guru to the other wing establishment nearby which was 901 wings. Both places, both bad results. There was a group of people waiting on an order in front of me, which came out wrong several time. This should've been my 1st warning. The window to the kitchen has wooden blinds that were shut so no one could see into the kitchen. After waiting several minutes with no one out front, my order was on eventually taken. I waited for over 35 minutes and then walked over to the kitchen door to see two women working on their kitchen equipment. One of the women told me that "the fryer had gone out". I asked for a refund which took several more minutes. The two people behind me asked for a refund as well. Both The Wing Guru and 901 Wings DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS. I believe they should both be shut down!
Kid-friendliness: The worst costumer service I've ever dealt with. Collierville deserves better. I might as well should have been in the hood.

Well when the sign on the door says open til 10pm and at 9pm you get turned away you don't keep customers. Honestly not surprised, typical Memphis mentality. Hours on Google, Yelp, and their own front door are apparently wrong. Try supporting local business but they can't even support themselves.

The worst wings I have had anywhere! The wings were so small, I serious thought they were pigeons wings. Besides being small, they were overcooked to the point that I couldn't bite into them and needless to say they ended up in the garbage. I wish yelp would have a negative rating because this establishment deserves a minus 2 star rating.
