Drove 20 minutes to get here was here 15 minutes before they're supposed to close went to the drive-thru and they told us they're closed if you're going to close early change your hours online otherwise you're going to piss off your customers and make us never want to go to your restaurants again avoid Arby's go to the Wendy's across the street they take care of their customers

Food was great, but the lady taking orders and working the window today 1/3 shortly after 12 was rude. Kindness goes a long way and you never know what people are dealing with - sometimes we just want to order our food and eat without a hassle.
This Arby's location is always fast,friendly and efficient. I was happy when potato cakes came back on the menu but corporate took them off again. The roast beef is hot and delicious and the curly fries are awesome. Shakes fantastic!
I walked inside at 8:45pm on a Friday and was told the lobby was closed while an employee was eating in the dining area. Another employee was sitting in a car outside. I just know the food being served was cold as the curly fries sat in a large silver mixing bowl. No thanks!

Came at dinnertime 545 and they were mopping the whole lobby , floor was so wet you could walk on it , slippery chairs, even to get refill . Accident waiting to happen. Walked out and Arby's can keep their Un customer service and and safety or care. Accident waiting to happen . Won't be back since they have no concern for customers . Can they not tell time.
