Baskin-Robbins

This was one of my favorite baskin robbins outlet, especially since it’s close to where I stay. They used to be very lavish when it comes to portion size. A single scoop of icecream used to fill me up! -- trust me, am a big guy!! But after the recent change in management, no more big scoops. Instead they have to reduced to small scoops. So, quite disappointed about that. Also, invariably I don’t get the flavors that I usually look forward to, at this location. While the service, atmosphere and the taste of icecream are still fine at this place, I wouldn’t go back to this place unless I get an uncontrollable sweet craving and don’t wanna travel too far !

Ordered a brownie Sunday with no whipped cream, nuts or cherry. Boy hands it to me with nuts on it and when I said no nuts he just said yea I heard you say nuts then argued with me about it. Just threw it in the garbage and left

This location is decent but I made a custom cake order with them and I am extremely disappointed with how it turned out. I didn’t expect perfection and told them if they could not do it than I would choose another design and they assured me they could do the first cake but not the heart shape and we’d have to do a white trim instead of the pearls which I was fine with. The second picture is what I picked up and I am not impressed.

Cold, delicious, wonderful, fabulous ice cream. No problems at all. Ordered, paid, left, ate.

SHOUT OUT TO BASKIN-ROBBINS IN COLLIERVILLE ? ??? After my Amazing work day at Kroger on Byhalia, I decided to stop by to get a tasty treat to enjoy on my way home. When I walked I'm, it made me smile to see sooooo many people there, enjoying a tasty treat as well. They had a full house of Baskin Robbin lovers, Lol. The staff is always sooooo nice and friendly. They are some of my favorite customers that shop with me at Kroger for their faces lit up when they saw me in line. I usually order the snickers milkshake (small) but found out they don't sale the snickers ice cream any more. I was sad about that and asked sweet Deana what she suggested. I forgot the name of it but it was better than the snickers milkshake I usually get. OH MY GOODNESS, you better believe my ride home was a relaxing, delicious and Happy one ? THANKS BASKIN- ROBBINS COLLIERVILLE FOR BEING YUMMY AND AMAZING ON THIS HOT DAY!!!!!!

The ice cream is always yummy and delicious!! Staff are very friendly and attentive, always a pleasure going to Baskin Robbins !!

It’s our favorite family place to eat ice cream in Collierville. my daughters love to order their dinosaur or unicorn ice cream, they have always are so kindly. I love the coconut ice cream with nuts and we also bought my daughter's birthday cake and it was perfect. we recommend it forever.

The line was very long, but the quick and friendly staff had our order to us in a matter of minutes.

Amazing service! Kiyrah and Michaela Did amazing and helped me select the best cookie cake for my event. Even helped suggest the best ice cream choices to go with my specific cookie cake. Super hard workers, great attitude. Made for a memorable experience.
