This location is decent but I made a custom cake order with them and I am extremely disappointed with how it turned out. I didn’t expect perfection and told them if they could not do it than I would choose another design and they assured me they could do the first cake but not the heart shape and we’d have to do a white trim instead of the pearls which I was fine with. The second picture is what I picked up and I am not impressed.

SHOUT OUT TO BASKIN-ROBBINS IN COLLIERVILLE ? ??? After my Amazing work day at Kroger on Byhalia, I decided to stop by to get a tasty treat to enjoy on my way home. When I walked I'm, it made me smile to see sooooo many people there, enjoying a tasty treat as well. They had a full house of Baskin Robbin lovers, Lol. The staff is always sooooo nice and friendly. They are some of my favorite customers that shop with me at Kroger for their faces lit up when they saw me in line. I usually order the snickers milkshake (small) but found out they don't sale the snickers ice cream any more. I was sad about that and asked sweet Deana what she suggested. I forgot the name of it but it was better than the snickers milkshake I usually get. OH MY GOODNESS, you better believe my ride home was a relaxing, delicious and Happy one ? THANKS BASKIN- ROBBINS COLLIERVILLE FOR BEING YUMMY AND AMAZING ON THIS HOT DAY!!!!!!

With so many cake, ice cream, and pie shops through the city, Baskin Robbins does have a nice selection of ice cream cakes. Like any dessert shop, anything specific has to be requested in advance. However, you have to check to make sure that the cake you want is at that particular store. Every store doesn't carry the same cakes.

Stopped for quick treat.Like always the employees were polite.Was slightly busy when we arrived. But they were moving the line quickly.We usually just get a double scoop of icecream. But on special events we may get a cake.

So helpful! Went in tonight for an ice cream cake and Abby and Ivy were so thoughtful and considerate in helping us find just the right cake. Wrote on the cake for the kiddo and offered us candles. Very, very good service and definitely makes us want to return. Great experience!

This used to be a good Baskin Robbins location but it definitely is not anymore. When I go get milkshakes they over saturated the milk shake with milk and no ice cream. They also commonly ration the scoops and different items of the menu. It’s very disappointing.
