Just left there, went through the drive through. No cars ahead of me, but 3 behind me. Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. Finally someone took my order and was told to pull up to the window. Like said, no cars ahead of me and it took another 10 minutes for a double cheeseburger and a large Diet Coke. If I did my job like these folks, I wouldn’t have a job for very long.

The people were very rude and very unwelcoming we didn’t have anyone greet us and when we had a question about a part of the menu they were very rude in answering and we still didn’t get a straight answer. The only good part of the experience was the food it came out fresh, but when we had taken out the sauce there was a busted open sauce container that was leaking into our bag.

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes. Said hello 3 times to be ignored by the employee standing in the drive thru window playing on her phone. The entire time I stood there not one order came in. Then I noticed the 10 to 15 sandwiches pre made sitting under the heat lamp and decided I will go.to McDonald's. If the employees paid attention to customers this location would probably make a lot more money

Customer service was great. I was greeted when I walked in the door.
I ordered a biscuit and a small hash rounds. I had a to-go order. My biscuit was mushy and undercooked. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to get only 11 hash rounds in a small order.

Around 11:30 am today, I went through drive through in need of a meal after medications and a doctor visit. The drive thru order was placed with a very unpleasant tone from employee asking me how I wanted my whopper. I paid it no mind knowing service is just not what it used to be. However, when I got to window I asked the girl if she charged me the correct amount with the coupon. Normally I would do my own Math, but being that I am sick ,I did not trust my own math. Her ( young girl with braids) reply to me is: “I don’t know, your total is $9.43” with a firm tone. When I told her don’t worry about the order, she carelessly responded ok. It’s shameless to know she would not look back at a machine to reconfirm what she charged me. I could reason with her if it was busy, but I was the ONLY car in line. No need for me to return here with that kind of service. I took my hard earned money elsewhere. Hopefully regional management can see this review so that when sales start declining, it will be clear as to why.
